Momentum for the Entrepreneurial Personality Type (EPT)

The Momentum Podcast is for those who of us who think differently — made especially for empire builders, game-changers, trailblazers, record makers, and creators of all kinds. Those among us who can’t turn it off, and don’t know why anyone would want to. We challenge complacency, destroy apathy, and we are obsessed with creating momentum.

While the rest of the world strives for average and clings desperately to the status quo, you and I are compelled to move forward and change the world.

We are the minority, the few, who are willing to hallucinate there could be a better future. Instead of just daydreaming of what could be, we endure the vulnerability and exposure it takes to make it real. We are the evolutionary hunters. The most important people in the world because entrepreneurs are the only source of consistent, positive human evolution, and we always will be.

    205 - Two Types of Operators Apr 24, 2018
    Show notes

There are two distinct types of operators. Putting one type in the wrong place can make all the difference.

Type 1: The operator who loves to do the same thing everyday and fine tune processes.

Type 2: The operator who likes new challenges and wants to do something different all the time.

Which operator you choose is dependent on the type of business you're in and at what stage you are in The Billionaire Code.

There are a few simple questions that will help you determine who you're talking to and ensure you get the right person in the right place.

    204 - Weekly Success Requirement Apr 23, 2018
    Show notes

What is the most important thing for your weekly routine?

This is where the rubber meets the road. There are two questions I ask myself every week of the year. If you build a habit out of asking yourself the following questions, you become conditioned seeing the positive and gaining clarity around roadblocks.

    What went right?

Where do I need support to move forward?

    203 - Why Executives Fail Apr 21, 2018
    Show notes

What tactics can you use to onboard executive level team members successfully?

I have a difficult time communicating on a tactical level. Therefore I bring in people within my organization that I can build around.

When I'm recruiting for these types of roles I ask 'How much can they do?'

However when I'm on boarding someone at this level I ask 'How little can they do?'

When you're able to build around someone at this strategic level, they're able to operate at a much higher level.

    202 - Culture is a Reflection of Leadership Apr 20, 2018
    Show notes

You're one of the most important people in your teams lives. Your team is looking to you to see how they should respond.

There are five levels of leadership. What is your level?

    201 - The Cadence of Success Apr 19, 2018
    Show notes

What is the number one tool that will allow you to climb The Billionaire Code?

Each new level of the code brings a new level of complexity and exposure. Does you have an absolute structure that your company runs on?

Without consistency, you're setting up your team to fail from the start. In most companies, people don't know what they can and can't rely on and are therefore just trying to survive. The time with your team is the most important time you spend.

When you have a clear outcome, responsibilities and scoreboard, you end up on top.

Give your team a chance to win.

    200 - Entrepreneur Apr 18, 2018
    Show notes

The last level of The Billionaire Code (for now).

$100M+ a year. Only 22,393 out of 29,000,000 in the United States.

    You are meant for more.

When you think of everyone in history that matters to be remembered, I want you to remember that is our tribe.

    This is who you are.

    This is who we are.

    199 - Why Climb the Code Apr 17, 2018
    Show notes

Going up the Billionaire Code is one of the most difficult undertakings anyone can commit to in their lifetime. The day you declare you declare yourself an entrepreneur is the day you become a commodity.

The Billionaire Code comes with a warning. If you'll not willing to let go of your ego and make behavioral change, it will not work. This isn't for everyone.

    198 - Investor Apr 16, 2018
    Show notes

    30M - 100M. 70,000 business at this level.

This is where things change dramatically. Your ability to lead a cohesive leadership team and ability to duplicate decision making becomes the biggest driver of your company.

197 - Of Course You Want to Quit Apr 14, 2018
    Show notes

You are unique. You are the type of person who builds empires. Here's the challenge with how empires are created, you must start at the beginning and go through all the levels. It's frustrating, you feel like you're not doing enough or seeing results, everything you're doing is near tactical so there's hardly anything that's strategic. You're going to want to quit because at every level it's going to feel like you're not where you want to be. You know you're hard wired as a strategic, future focused, visionary human being.

    196 - Owner Apr 13, 2018
    Show notes

The seventh level of the billionaire code is Owner.

$10M to $30M a year. Only 100,000 in the United States.

The level in commitment in ascending each level is exponential. There are dramatic changes in this level that most certainly aren't for everyone.

Are you able to give up your autonomy of time?

Your ability to help, inspire and grow your team means everything.

You must have a communication structure to to scale leadership systems.
