    087: It's Time to Get Angry Jul 12, 2022
    Show notes

Recently, I've been at a loss. I see all the negative things happening around our country – shootings, stolen rights, political power plays – and I think to myself, "Who could possibly stand for this?" But those people are out there, making our laws and taking our liberties. And until they truly start acting for the good of the people, I'm not going to be quiet about how angry I am.

On today's episode, I'm talking about my rage, my disappointment, and my fear for our country. I'm sharing why I'm so upset by recent events, particularly the overturning of Roe v. Wade. But I'm also talking about how I'm going to funnel my anger into action to hopefully create a better future for our country and the people in it.

This isn't a happy episode, but it's real. If you're just as angry and scared as I am, I invite you to tune in.

    What's in this episode:

How I'm feeling right now with the state of the world

Finding ways to reconcile my love for your country with my rage and disappointment

How to channel your anger and sadness into action

Why I'm struggling to understand our current situation and the actions of those in power

Why I'm so afraid for the future of our country

Which protests I'm funneling my rage and energy into

    086: You're Not Dead... Yet Jul 05, 2022
    Show notes

When was the last time you considered your own mortality? The truth is, we all are guaranteed one thing in life: to experience death. Why is it that we don't get intimate with death?

Death is a gift for the living that gives us perspective. When we see it around us, we don't tend to confront our own mortality but I think we should shift that.

When we can take a step back and get intimate with dying, we get a chance to start living.

In today's episode, I'm sharing my perspective on mortality and the nuances of our Western culture and how we perceive death which differs from much of the world.

    What's in this episode:

    • How the U.S. differs from other countries when it comes to death and funerals
    • Creative options for handling the funeral
    • How we have arms length away approach of death
    • Why it's important to be intimate with death
    • How not paying attention to the fact that your mortal stops you from truly living
    • How death is a gift for the living

085: My Take on Roe v Wade Jun 28, 2022
    Show notes

Does this feel like the end of an era? Or maybe the beginning of a new one? Regardless of which side of this discussion you find yourself on, this is just the beginning for all of us, for change, for expansion, and for human existence.

In the past decade, we've been faced with constant change and uncertainty, from elections to the pandemic to education to economics. Even if some of those changes have been individually negative, for our human collective, we're just now beginning our awakening.

Of course, there's lots of resistance to changes in the world from those who want to keep the old education systems, the old patriarchy, the old hierarchies and religions, etc and I believe that's what we're feeling now with Roe v Wade. This is the uncomfortable blowback and contraction to all the change around, which is necessary before we can again move forward. The labor before the birth.

I'm here to tell you that if we can open up to the possibilities ahead of us, we can move forward from anger and hatred and fear into faith. We can use the discomfort to move into the new life that is being birthed into the world. We can step into our power and reclaim our freedom, especially as women. This is our moment.

    What's in this episode:

How we are and have been living in a world full of change

Why some systems (like education) need to change for us to move forward

Why this decision on Roe v Wade is the contraction before our birth into something new

Why we shouldn't give in to the urge to fight just to fight

Why it's time for women, the bringers of life, to step into their power

How we can save ourselves instead of waiting for men to do it for us

How you can choose to suffer and freak out or choose to take back your power

Why I'm focusing on my children and preparing them for the new world

How you get to choose how you get through this moment in history

084: If You Knew Me Then, You Can't See Me Now Jun 21, 2022
    Show notes

Do you know who you are? Where you're going? What you want? Do you believe that you are enough?

The person I am today is not the same person that I was when I was younger. People spend a lot of time trying to get people to see them and understand them… and I'm here to tell you it's a complete waste of time.

In today's episode, I'm talking about why you have to become the person you are meant to be, and not worry about what others think—not strangers, not your friends, not your family. Don't let others' perception of you stop you from being who you are.

Other people—from your past, present, or future—will never see you the way you want to be seen. It's time to find it in yourself to be your own biggest fan, to tell yourself that you're enough, to be confident and proud of the person you are.

    What's in this episode:

How we are affected by those who observe us

Why it can be hard sometimes for people to change and grow

Why it's important to move away from home and discover who you are

Why you shouldn't bother explaining yourself to people who don't want to or aren't ready to understand who you are

    Why jealousy doesn't serve you

How important it is to be your own biggest advocate and cheerleader

Why you need regular morning mantras

    Show notes

Do you have big goals, big dreams, and big ideas that you want to accomplish? Do you find yourself unable to get started? Feeling overwhelmed and stuck? We've all been there. When you create a huge obstacle in your mind that feels impossible to tackle, you start to spiral.

In today's episode, I'm talking about how to take the big picture and break it down into bite-sized pieces, and why it's important to check in with yourself and make sure that you actually want to do the thing you're talking about accomplishing.

You are no good to yourself or anyone else if you don't like what you're doing. Staying aligned with what's important to you, taking things one step at a time, and speaking to yourself positively will have you on the track to happiness, success, and confidence in your everyday life.

    What's in this episode:

    082: Let's Shift Timelines Jun 07, 2022
    Show notes

Are you experiencing a timeline shift? This is a phrase you hear a lot, especially on the spiritual side of social media. Creators are constantly talking about timeline shifts, jumping timelines, the list goes on.

You might be wondering, what is a timeline shift? In today's episode, I am uncovering what timelines are, what happens when you change timelines and my recent story of how I experienced two back to back timeline shifts.

You see a lot of what we were told about God and Jesus have been all wrong. Religion has been masked as something completely different from what our source wants for us.

If you want to learn about timeline shifts and how news media perpetuates the cycle of matrix mania, you're in the right place. I'm breaking it all down so we can stop the cycle of do-gooderism and experience more timeline shifts that bring forth positivity.

    What's in this episode:

    What a timelines is

My experience of jumping two timelines

What happens to your knowledge when you change timelines

What the matrix is and how it affects the collective

How the church differs from Jesus and God

How God doesn't need your help

How religion is a school for ideology

    Why to avoid "do-gooderism"

    081: Manifest Your Destiny May 31, 2022
    Show notes

When we think of manifestation, we often think of something happening or coming to us immediately or when we think we are ready. But manifestation is so much more than having a thought and seeing it realized.

In today's episode, I'm breaking down what real manifestation looks like and how you can implement it into your life. It's more about life, joy and love. It's about embracing the journey and the process so you are ready when manifestation occurs.

Living in the here and now is key when manifesting. You have to get very clear about what you need and find the joy where you are at. Surrendering to the process is not always easy but an important piece of manifesting.

Whether you are manifesting something small such as a new piece of furniture or something as big as a new house or job, you have to let go and have faith that something even better than you imagined is around the corner.

    What's in this episode:

Getting out of hope and into faith

How to get very clear about what you are manifesting

Why it's ok to be selfish and to get stingy

How to write your manifestations in a notebook

Why the journey is just as important as manifesting

    Surrendering to the process

Why you need to pray and write in the positive

    080: I Fell Off My Horse May 24, 2022
    Show notes

The universe recently brought me a mentor, and it shifted my perspective completely. I thought I knew everything. I thought I was the smartest person in the room. I bet that you can relate on some level. My new mentor brought me back to reality and knocked me off my high horse.

In today's episode, I'm talking about why we have to challenge ourselves to expand and grow beyond what we think we know about ourselves and the world around us. When we step into our being, instead of just "trying," that is where we truly grow and shine.

When you think you know it all, you are limiting yourself to only your perspective. The world is like a kaleidoscope. Full of different kinds of people, thoughts, cultures, traditions, and religions.

Own who you are. Step into your power. And walk through life with an openness to learn from someone who looks, lives, and believes differently than you. This is how we should approach humanity.

    What's in this episode:

How a mentor can help you see life differently

Why I am stepping into my full knowing and true self in my work

Why thinking we know it all actually limits us

How to challenge yourself and open up to new experiences

The importance of pushing yourself to learn beyond what you were taught in school and church

Why you need to challenge everything you've ever been taught

My life-changing trip to India and why we should all experience different cultures and traditions

Why you have to stop trying and start being

079: We Are Almost There May 17, 2022
    Show notes

I don't watch the news, but even so, I feel like I'm constantly bombarded by negativity. Celebrity gossip, world disasters, political drama–it all serves to distract us, to deflate us, and to create a global experience of pain and unrest. But what is it distracting us from?

On today's episode, I'm talking about this precipice that we all currently exist on, this precipice between the way things have always been done and the expansive truth we're about to uncover. I'm explaining how mainstream religion keeps us hooked and why we need to break away and start preaching love without feeding the fear.

There has to be a better way. We all have within us the ability to connect deeply to Source. But to uncover that power, we first have to break our current patterns of fear and hate.

    What's in this episode:

How the turmoil in the world keeps us distracted and small

Dealing with the energetic changes in the world around us

Feeling and experiencing the discomfort, pain, and unrest of others

Understanding the core of the Roe v. Wade controversy

Existing on the precipice of profound change

How to identify the fear mongering beneath the surface mainstream religion

    078: Stop the Insanity May 10, 2022
    Show notes

It's time to stop the insanity and start protecting your peace. When we're dealing with people who are on the opposite end of the spectrum from us, it can be very challenging. Endless debates about politics, social activism, and religion aren't going to get the opposing person any closer to your viewpoints.

In today's episode, I'm sharing why you shouldn't try to sway people's opinions on these hard-hitting topics.

I'll be touching on how we got here as a society plus what we can proactively do to get through it, instead of arguing with our coworkers, family, etc.

When you refrain from subjecting yourself to these volatile conversations and instead shift your energy to the one job you have for being here in your "earth suit", you'll find a lot more peace and a lot less stress.

    What's in this episode:

The layers of being in community with people of opposing beliefs

How to deal with your own reflection on other people's opinions

The one job you have on this earth

    Why you shouldn't seek revenge

How the food we eat keeps us controllable

Why you should avoid judgment of others
