Julia homeschools the children, and recently became a marriage and life coach to help couples become better communicators and help enrich their lives. The couple is constantly asked about how they balance their entrepreneurial & real estate journey while raising their kids. The Multi-FAMILY zone was created to address these questions, along with a host of questions from the Jake & Gino community.

In this episode Gino and Julia discuss the similarities between a big family and multi-family. They will outline nine similarities that the two have in common.

Braden Gasper just completed his first year of business in the real estate world. Last March he transitioned from high school basketball coach to real estate entrepreneur when he started his multifamily business, Heartland Real Estate, LLC. A few months later he partnered with his mother, Renee, to start a fix and flip business, Pristine Homes, LLC. Since last March, Braden has been involved in over $2 million in real estate transactions and has learned many valuable lessons from both successes and mistakes. Heartland Real Estate, LLC currently owns and is repositioning a twelve unit apartment complex and a four plex while Pristine Homes, LLC is actively flipping two homes. He currently resides in North Vernon, IN with his wife Leah and their three month old baby girl, Blakely. Braden is continually learning and just joined the Jake and Gino community in an effort to surround himself with like minded multifamily investors, learn how to scale his business, and ultimately to spend more valuable time with his young family and to serve others.

Veena Jetti, Founding Partner at Enzo Multifamily, has 10+ years of real estate experience including overseeing management of $1B+ in real estate assets. Her expertise includes driving corporate growth strategy, asset management, and business development derived from working for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Her background includes acquisition, syndication, and growth strategy for multifamily assets. She is often a panelist and speaker at various global conferences and radio shows. Veena is also a founder and past board member of a national non-profit organization. In 2017, she spent a lot of her time and focus on aiding the victims of Hurricane Harvey through coordinating emergency dispatch and rescue calls.

Since Harvey, her ongoing rescue work involves helping companies and non profits understand how they can be better prepared for disaster response. Veena has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.

She speaks with us about growing up in real estate, broker relationships and raising capital.

Jadde Rowe grew up in a Suburb outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and a minor in Economics. Jadde worked for a Fortune 500 company as an Internal IT Auditor. He worked that role for almost two years before leaving this past February to pursue Real Estate full-time. Jadde Recently closed on his first Multi-Family acquisition. An 18-unit in a Sub-Market of Minnesota.
