Your subconscious mind is the mechanism that is truly creating your reality… Whether you love your reality right now, or not. By the age of six years old, according to Dr. Bruce Lipton, you had a set of beliefs installed that I like to call your mental operating system. These beliefs were based on observations that you had made in the world around you, and through the thoughts and ideas that were displayed around you from your family during your upbringing. For me, in my family… We had a lot of love which was amazing. On the other hand, we didn't have very much money and my mental programming was down the lines of "we can't afford that" or "Money doesn't grow on trees" As I got older and enter the workforce myself, these patterns simply kept playing out in my life, too. This sent me on a personal mission to figure out what it was that successful and wealthy people have done to create a totally different reality than the one I had been experiencing in my first 25 years on earth. This led me to the studies of mind power, the law of attraction, the power of your subconscious mind, and ultimately to meditation. I learned that through meditation we can get our brain into a specific type of brainwave state where our subconscious mind becomes open to suggestion. As I was learning this, my life was very difficult. The struggle was real, for sure. I had racked up over $50,000 in student loan debt… My affiliate marketing business had crumbled and income there went to zero… My real estate investing business was imploding under the weight of the housing market crash and we lost $60,000 on a deal that went bad… A clothing company that I had invested student loan monies in folded… And my romantic relationships sucked. The only thing that felt good was playing these meditations I have learned about. So I did that. Every day, for an hour in the morning, an hour in the afternoon, an hour in the evening I listened to these mind power meditations designed to help attract abundance and success. Since I started doing these abundance meditations and success meditations, my life has completely turned around. I've gained more clarity on what I want to experience in this life, increased more patients, fueled my desires and drive to help people to the best of my ability. I've attracted mentors, teachers, teammates, even the love of my life… Who happened to be meditating every day around the same period in time when we met. Within a few years I've been able to pay off all of my student loans, Repay investors from real estate deals that went bad, Fill an emergency savings account, just in case. At this point my life I definitely have enough money at the end of every month. Now I receive inspired ideas about new funnels, advertisements, headlines, product ideas that almost always turn out to be winners. I don't always know where these ideas come from. They may appear while I'm walking along the beach, in the shower, or stand up paddle boarding in Thailand. What I do know is that it was required for me to learn how to quiet my mind in order to harness the power of my mind. For me, these guided meditations were the only way I was able to quiet my mind when life we so stressful and the struggle felt so real. At first it seemed counterintuitive that taking time away from "the hustle" and "the grind" to lay down and spend 30 minutes to an hour meditating would actually contribute to my success. What I found is that once my subconscious mind began looking for reasons, examples and opportunities to attract more success, Indeed it began to find them. This is mind power and this is the power of your subconscious mind. In psycho-cybernetics they proved that your subconscious mind is a goal achieving mechanism… So I ask you: What goals have you placed inside of your subconscious mind to go achieve for you? If you've not filled your subconscious mind with powerful affirmations of abundance, success, wealth then you will not have a positive relationship with money and you will not achieve your true goals. Once you do get your brain rewired for success and start to leverage the power of your subconscious mind, everything becomes easy… You realize you have everything you need to succeed and that it is more about putting out your unique message than it is about learning new tactics and taking new Internet marketing courses.
