This video is all about money, specifically how to achieve true financial independence. So we're talking about paying off all your debt. We're talking about building true wealth and a system. You're going to learn a specific system. The same system I use to go from over $50,000 in debt, constantly bouncing checks, constantly overdrafting accounts, having to borrow money from my parents to truly getting on a path of financial freedom to be able to live where I want to live, to be able to buy houses, et Cetera, et cetera. Now there is a system that I'm teaching you that I personally use, but keep in mind, this is personal finance and your personal situation is different than mine and your personal situation is different than mine was. Okay? I was living with my parents at the time. I had $50,000 in student loan debt.

I had no income because my businesses had failed and I didn't have a job and that was the hole I had to dig myself out of. I don't have kids so I'm not saving for retirement accounts and I've already got a couple of houses so I'm not really saving up for down payments. Your situation is going to be different and that's a cool part about a system is it allows you to customize this based on your exact situation here and now you see this channel is often about making the money, okay? We're talking about earning income, making money online, building online businesses, which is great, but we need to talk about the other side of that coin, which is what you do with your money. And the first big key idea for you right now is that every dollar needs a job for me. Every dollar has a job, okay?

And your situation, you might not be there yet. And that's the first big idea. That's the overarching philosophy that we're working with that you need to be moving towards. If you want to get a handle on your money situation, give every dollar that comes into your world a specific job, you see money flows to those who are most disciplined with money. Money literally flows out of the hands of people who have no discipline into the hands of people who express and show and have great discipline with money. Just like electricity will flow in one direction because it's a law of the world, I swear this is absolutely a law of the world and you're going to learn this system. So the first idea under this overarching theme of every dollar needs a job is zero based budgeting. Now this is a budgeting system and what it means is that all of your income adds up to a hundred percent, right?

You make a hundred percent of your income each and every month, then you can divert it into specific unique accounts that each have a different purpose, right? These are the jobs. And then you should end up with zero at the end of the month in the origination account. So if all the money you earn go into your checking account at the end of that month, it should be placed into the specific different accounts that all have their own job. Okay? And if you mess up or you need to move one from one and move something over here, you have some flexibility within this, but it's all about building a structure. You need a system that you can follow. Now there's a really cool online tool and education portal. It's called you need a budget, you need a budget.com. It works with apps and it connects to your bank accounts and it's got a lot of information and training.

o if you want some handholding and some guiding to get going down this, they've got over a 30 day free trial. Um, and then you'll also see, I think it's like $7 a month or something. This is something I did manually. Okay. There were no apps. We didn't have smartphones during the years. I was putting this together. So I managed this all with separate checkbooks and separate accounts and I had to wire things back and forth. Um, it's easier today than it ever has been to gain control of this. So let's first and foremost talk about the different financial goals you might have to help you understand the order of prioritizing these goals. And then we'll talk about a very specific structure that you can use in order to implement this kind of a process for yourself. It's all gonna make sense. this video is going to help you understand exactly what it takes to go from zero to $10,000 per month online. Now, specifically whether you're at the thousand dollars a month mark, the $3,000 a month mark or you're at zero, you got to look at the path to generating lifestyle income. We're talking $10,000 per month. Life changing income as ascending a staircase to the top of a skyscraper is the absolute best analogy. And that's what we're going to go through here on this video.

The idea of this video is to make it really clear as to what kind of steps there are on the staircase of success. And I'm likening the whole path from where you're at now, whether you're on the ground floor or the first floor. We're climbing a skyscraper here. The first piece of perspective that's required is to understand that the average household income in the United States of America, okay, household, this means more than one income earner. This is on average, two income earners is somewhere in the mid $60,000 per year range. So if you are expecting to grow to $120,000 per year, right? That's 10 grand a month times 12 months, you need to realize the perspective of that is that you're going to be doing twice as good as the average.

This is not an easy feat. This is not for the faint of heart. This is a monumental challenge and a monumental feat when it is done. But the path is proven, which is the cool part. It just takes a little more energy and a little more effort than the fake Gurus, um, will tell you unfortunately. So that's what we're going to go through here. And what are the perspective I'm trying to give you is what are all the things you will have done by the time you get to that level in the skyscraper that is $10,000 per month, right? There's a lot of stairs and then there's a lot of those transitions and those, those little um, in between stares you get those little transitions where you get to turn around and go up the next part of the stair, the little flights of stairs.

Okay. That's what you end up doing in this, and I've covered in the last video that it's audience growth, email list growth and offers. Those are really three of the main flights that you'll end up going up. And some of those are 10 story flights, right? So the first thing you will have done is you will have built a blog, you'll have a wordpress blog. Maybe you chose to go with a landing page building software instead, like lead pages. But you're going to have a website that you own, that you manage, that you populate content to. You're going to have your terms of service, right? You're going to have your, your privacy policies, you're gonna have to figure out all these little bits and pieces to be in compliance. Whether you're doing organic traffic or whether you're doing, um, paid traffic, it doesn't matter. You need to have these compliance components in.

You will have published your first post. If you're doing youtube videos, you will have published your first video, right? You're going to have to break through that awkward feeling of, Oh, I'm on camera. What am I doing? This is really, really weird. Um, and then you'll have to publish your 10th post and your 10th video and your hundredth probably maybe your 500th by the time you reach the $10,000 per month income mark. Now, not everyone has to blog. You don't have to do a youtube channel. You can go all in on paid advertising and you can spend thousands upon thousands of dollars testing ads, and if you go that route, you'll have probably tested five, six, seven different landing pages. You maybe have tested four or five different opt in offers, and you've probably run dozens upon dozens upon dozens of tests on the individual ads. Again, I'm giving you perspective.

Ok, onto the 3 systems required to earn $10,000 per month online.

System number one is an audience growth system.

You need to have a way to be reaching hundreds. If not thousands of new people each and every day. Can you reach hundreds of people each and every day from youtube? Absolutely. Can you reach hundreds of vows or thousands of different people each day on Facebook? Absolutely. Specifically if you pay. What about on Google? What about on Linkedin? What about through a podcast?

Okay, so these are the types of content that you need to be putting out in order to reach more people and there's usually a distinction at this audience growth level at this first system, and that distinction is how deep are your pockets? How much money do you have readily and available to invest in traffic?

The second system that you need to have in place is a follow up system. And this works in two different sides are two different levels of most businesses. There's kind of some follow up that happens before the sale and generally there's followup that happens after the sale. If you're selling your own products, if you're selling your own services, you're probably going to make a lot more after the sale in those subsequent sales than you do on the first sale, right? So there's two levels to this followup situation. Generally, this is done via email, but you can use retargeting and obviously you can do both of them. Now, again, when I got this brand you're watching now, miles, Beckler brand going all in on email, I started my email list after six months of doing nothing but youtube videos.

I had published 150 or so youtube videos before I really started to work on that opt in report, that giveaway, et cetera. Now I use a wordpress blog as my home for my content and that's where I have my opt in page for my free thing. That's how people get onto my email list. I've taught in a previous video series how to build a funnel like this and I'll link to that above. It'll pop up above my head if you want to actually build an implement this kind of a system, I'll show you how to do that in that video there. The big idea here is you need a system that's going to allow you the ability to follow up with these individuals on demand. Now there's a way to run Facebook ads along with a Facebook messenger list and you can follow up with people that way.

Then the third system you need to have in place is a monetization system. Now this can be something that you build yourself, which would require sales copy. You've got to learn copywriting, got to have good sales copy that's going to emotionally trigger them and convince them to pull out their credit card and purchase because the value of what they're going to receive is greater than the value of the dollars they're going to send to you.

If you're not good at communicating that value proposition or that value exchange, you need to be a student of copywriting. It's so key and honestly good copywriting is going to help you in your audience growth. Whether you're doing Facebook ads or blog posts or youtube, right? Cause the titles use using youtube. That's copywriting and that's going to distinguish whether you're getting clicks or you're not getting clicks a lot of times, so the monetization system, you need to have something to sell, you need to have a mechanism to sell it. You need the sales copy. That means you're going to need to have a shopping cart and then there needs to be some sort of delivery.

I think affiliate marketing is one of the best business models to get started online if you're completely new, because again, it eliminates the challenge of sales, copy of shopping cards or product delivery, creating the courses, et Cetera, et cetera. That's a lot of work to really get done.

This is completely beginner friendly and most importantly, this path will lead you to $3,000 a month online, $10,000 a month online and beyond. How do I know my wife and I have made millions of dollars online and ultimately we've executed this path multiple times for multiple brands and it works every single time. So I want to save you years that it took me of trial and error by giving you the quick summation of how this works. The first thing you need to know is the overarching philosophy of why this works. Because billions of people each and every month are searching to improve their lives. They're searching to buy things or they're searching to buy services that they believe are going to improve their lives. Okay, so where are we searching?

Well, as youtube or Google, generally speaking, sure, there's some searching that goes on in other places, but generally people searching on youtube and Google are closest to being ready to click that buy button. And to purchase that thing they think will help them improve their lives. So what are these things that improve our lives? We've got to kind of break these up into two categories. I've got some examples down here on a notepad, so I'm gonna look down and read a few of those off. But the first idea is things. Okay. So we live in a consumerist type society. We've all been programmed through television programming to believe that things are going to make us feel better. Right? Commercials. That's the goal of commercials is to help us think that things will make us feel better. So what kinds of things? Well, I've got a big property here and my lawn was getting out of control.

So there was a moment when I thought that a lawnmower and a weed wacker would make me feel better cause I could mow the lawn and make it look better. Indeed, it worked and it was great. How did I know what lawnmower to get? Did I choose gas? Did I choose electric? I googled and Youtube for this. So this is kind of the basics of how it works. So other ideas? Um, VR headset is something I've purchased recently. Uh, blenders, vacuum cleaners, makeup graphics, Card Tools, Jack stands, camping gear, tents, sleeping bags. This list goes on forever. I mean Amazon has millions of physical things that people can and do purchase and sometimes it goes to home security. It goes to smart home. It's the nest, it's the, the ring doorbell. I mean it just goes in so many directions. It's absolutely crazy. And we'll talk about how to figure out what direction is best for you in a minute.

Then there's the other side of things. Some people are searching for results. Okay. They want a different result or a new outcome in their lives.

So they might be searching for how to lose 10 pounds. A business owner might be searching for how to rank on Google or they might search for how to get more leads for my business.

An individual who has a mortgage, they've got last year at about 5% might be right now searching, how do I save money on my mortgage? Or how do I refinance my mortgage?

Cause they expect they're going to get an outcome they like.

And if you're a mortgage broker, there might be a 1500 to $2,000 commission in there for you.

Massages, got some sore shoulder, sore neck, uh, people might search for massages, they might search for Chiropractors, some point people will search for dentists work, etc

For me personally, taking advantage of plugging in headphones and listening to audio while driving while commuting, while doing dishes, while making coffee in the morning while mowing the lawn, literally constantly feeding my brain with these types of books is ultimately how I've built the mindset that is kind of a creating the reality that I'm enjoying today. And that's what I want to share with you. Um, on all of the old books, there's a lot of reproductions of them. You always want to get the original version, the unabridged version, the one that no one else has fiddled with because publishing companies have remade and remastered books and, and they often take out parts that are key to understanding.

So number one, we're going to jump right into it. It's think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill. This is one that there is dozens of variations of in the description you're gonna find links to all of these books. Some are affiliate links. I fully admit that and I get a kickback if you purchase through them, but that's not why I'm doing this. But the one I've linked to on Napoleon hill is the absolute original untouched variation. I do believe it's best to go through that first original version. Now a couple of these, I have some or options. Okay cause you may have read, think and grow rich. So thinking, grow rich is one or the success system that never fails. That's w Clement stone. If you know about Napoleon Hill's a path through life, he actually worked with a w Clement stone later in life. I like the success system that never fails because it focuses more on the system than it does on thinking, right?

Repetition is so key with everything in life. Most of these books, at least 75% of these books I've listened to at least two times or more, and the other ones I will absolutely listen to them. Again, repetition of these ideas into your conscious mind is how you implant your subconscious mind to really start to build a different reality for you.

Ok, let's cover the new affiliate marketing website example in more detail...

This is month one of my affiliate marketing case study. I'm going to document the process of building a brand new affiliate marketing website from scratch.

The goal is to generate $3,000 per month positive cash flow in one year. I'm choosing a niche that I'm not an expert in. I kind of haphazardly chose it.

And in these videos, which I plan to put out once every month, I'm going to document what I'm working on, what I've done in that month, how much it has cost me, and obviously how much income I'm making from that.

So in this first one, at the end, you're gonna find out exactly how much money I've spent on this project so far because I'm now one month in and I'm going to detail the process, the path that I'm following.

If you get it started, the real goal for you here is to understand that whether you're a super busy executive, you've got hundreds of thousands of dollars in income and you want to build a business on the side by outsourcing.

A lot of the work. You're going to learn how that's possible through this video series, but also if you're new, if you don't have a lot of extra money, if you're on a budget and you're bootstrapping this from kind of nothing, right? You're spending as minimal money as possible. You want to do the work to build out an affiliate site. You can also execute this plan. You see, I'm made with my multiple brands online of a millions of dollars online. My cash flow is extremely solid right now, my time, I don't have much time, so I'm paying other people to do the work, but you can just as easily do the work that on your and of for yourself, right? You could just do the work yourself. That's how my wife and I built our first brand. That's how I built this miles Beckler brand that you're watching here.

This is just a new case study. Again, proving that anyone can build a successful affiliate marketing website on any niche, and I'm going to talk about how I chose the niche, so the overall plan, right? Choose a niche of products that people are searching for and that search volume is going up over time. You look at Google trends to see that it's a thing that's trending right and people are trying to figure out which one is the right one for them because I can meet these people with a piece of content and we're putting up two types of content. Number one is informative content. The informative content is what we're going to use for backlink building. This does not promote specific products. Normally it might here and there it just talks about the different things you need to know about in the world of what I'm working with right within this niche.

Then the second one are specific reviews. The best cheap, this, the best that the best for under a hundred dollars, the best for under $500. All of those keyword phrases that people search when they're ready to purchase those. A review based content and I'm not going to really build links to that cause people don't like linking out to those types of posts, but those posts are going to rank on Google and essentially people will read the posts, they'll click through, they'll go to Amazon or whatever, whatever vendor I link them to that has the best deal they'll purchase. I will earn a commission for connecting that individual with what they wanted by a piece of content.

So essentially our plan that's created multiple millions of dollars online that I'm yet again duplicating out over

I'm looking that I'm going to be willing to put in $50,000 into this website. That's kind of my goal. In order to get the $3,000 a month cashflow, the competition for that seed income of mine, that that investment is actually real estate investing. And I did a video on this recently where with about $50,000 in, I could generate maybe $400 per month positive cash flow from a rental property. Okay? This is potentially going to bring me $3,000 per month from that same $50,000 investment. From an investment standpoint, this is a phenomenal return on investment, but yet it's a little bit of a risk. I don't actually know that this is going to work. The theory is sound. I know I've got the skills to build this.

I've got a team of people who are going to help me with this and you get to ride along for this entire process, but I encourage you, don't just watch participate. You have to start at some point. You have to actually start the process of building your site. You have to choose a niche. You just have to start writing content. You got to get hosting up.
