    Ok, onto the video!

Hey Miles here from www.youtube.com/redirect?redir_token=fyShA9qkpBKaBOe32OfGdTWKGo58MTU2MDMzNjcxOEAxNTYwMjUwMzE4&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.milesbecker.com&v=eP9SqusSJQM&event=video_description in this video, you're going to learn all about the law of attraction. Specifically, you're going to learn how to leverage the law of attraction to create the life or the business of your dreams.

You see, most people who teach and think they understand the law of attraction are missing a component. At least one. There's three components to really getting the law of attraction done right in your life in a way that you actually create the reality that you want. Most people think it's a one or a two step process. So this video will reveal the third one. And you're gonna understand how all three of these pieces work together to ultimately put you in a position to create more of what you want. So how did I learn this personally? So when I was in my twenties I was creating a reality I did not love, and it was all creation and I was attracting more and more problems to me.

One after the next. My relationships were constantly failing in a very similar fashion. My banking situation was a mess. I was constantly bouncing checks and, and overdrafting my account and always kind of fearfully looking at my account statements to see how much money I had and I got rent coming up and all those kinds of negative vibrations, if you will. And then at some point things started to shift for me and it shifted because I went on an internal journey. I started reading the books. I actually got handed in Napoleon Hill's think and grow rich book by a, an investor I worked with at one point in time. And then I was handed the original first version of the secret DVD. The one with Abraham Hicks went down the rabbithole of Abraham Hicks as law of attraction book from 1985 Wallace wattles book from the late 18 hundreds of science of growing rich.

So I spent about two years, I'd really kind of cut myself off from, from the outer world and I took time to what I would say is uh, kind of unlace or untie all of the messy connections I had in my head in order to really tie them up in a new way to get me on the path of creating my own reality. And even then, it took another five to 10 years to really figure this stuff out to where today my life is absolutely magical. I make more money than I ever thought I would and I've had lofty goals in that world, have attracted the love of my life into my life. I live in some amazing places. I have plenty of space. It's literally by design. Now here are the three levels and the three kind of components that you need to work with.

The three variables that you need to always be working with within the law of attraction. Number one is your thoughts. That is the key and most important place to start. That's what I had wrong and that's what all those books helped me sort out was to get my thoughts going. Straight. Number two is your vibration. It's your emotional state of being. It's how you feel. That's the second one. And then the third one, and you probably can't see, I'm tapping on my belly because I'm, I'm referring to your will center now or to your gut instinct here is the actions that you take, right? So it's thoughts, feelings and deeds. It's thoughts, it's your vibration and it's the actions that you take are all three. And most of the teaching around the law of attraction fall really, really short on the action side of things.

And ultimately to create the life and the income and the lifestyle and the relationship that I have, it's taken an immense amount of action. I still put in 14 plus hour days building the cash flow systems and the business systems and the teams, et Cetera, et Cetera, to kind of help me live this lifestyle that I'm living. And what we're about to do is we're going to go deeper into each one of these levels for you in this video here, today.

Internet Business Plan - The Shortcut To Creating A Million Dollar Online Business Jun 06, 2019
    Show notes

This video is going to reveal the "Page 5 Business Plan" for online entrepreneurs because a lot of you guys feel like: "I'm not an expert," "I don't have a product," "I don't know what to promote."

So this is going to teach you a really specific method.

And this idea, I've talked about it before, I don't think I have a direct video on it and essentially this is coming off the heels of a phone call I just had.

So I just got off the phone call with a big time publishing company, Digital Marketing Publishing Company who worked in the personal development space. And what they do is they work with product creators like Melanie and I to essentially help scale the reach of our products.

Now I'm going to be honest with you, Melanie are pretty good at selling our products, right? Like we're not necessarily hurting for cash flow, but there's always an opportunity to do more.

So I'm intrigued by this offer and by this potential partnership because what they have is a team of advertisers, a team of copywriters, a team of developers.

They were really closely with clickbank and the idea is that they're so good at selling products and they have such a great system in place for selling products that they will be able to take a large percentage of the revenue they generate, right?

And they're potentially leaving us with a very small slice of the pie, but that's going to be made up for based on the amount of volume that they do in sales.

Okay. Now this brings us to that idea that the page five business plan, because here's what's going on.

There's people trying to sell products in every niche imaginable and they're not being found. They're nowhere to be found. They're sitting on page five of Google right now and no one goes to page five of Google ever, right?

If you're searching for something, maybe you go to page two, odds are you don't even go to page two.

So the whole business model in the business plan is that you have an opportunity to essentially go partner with these individuals who they're experts in their field, they've already created the courses, they've got their courses out there trying to make sales.

But they just don't know the digital marketing stuff that you are totally able to learn right here on my channel and or they don't have the time to get in and actually build that out so you can partner with them and ultimately help them boost their sales, help them rank better, help them make more money.

And for that effort you can get a piece of the pie, you can get a percentage of everything that they're doing. This is a really, really powerful business model.

The first time I heard about this was from Jay Abraham and it was his answer to if you were starting all over from zero, what would you do? And he said he would go to page five, six, seven find all of the products that are from clearly from experts and go from there.

So what I would look for, if I'm doing this, I would look for someone who's published lots of blog posts. I would look for someone who's published youtube videos.

I would look for someone who is actively taking the actions. They're just not optimizing things. Because if you find somebody who just put up a product and they've never written a blog post, they've never done a video, maybe they don't understand how much hard work over long periods of time it takes to really get to their destination.

But when you find those people who they've been doing their podcast for four years, they've been doing their youtube channel for three years, they've been doing their blog posts for 10 years, they just don't optimize anything.

They don't know what keyword research is.

They've got the products, they're clearly the expert. They're clearly trying and they're getting minimal results.

You have the potential to essentially reach out to them, forge a relationship, and you could effectively become their hired gun and you would get your pay based on a percentage of the kind of sales volume that you're able to increase for them.

I think this is a brilliant model and why I'm bringing it up again. I also went to a couple of masterminds here over the last month. I went to one, it was a seven day mastermind in Vegas.

There were so many people, they're trying to figure out "how do I sell my stuff?" So, there's these individuals who, they're experts, they've been doing whatever they've been doing for 20 years.

They're trying to break into the digital business because they want the lifestyle. They know there's a better lifestyle vs being in the office doing their 1-on-1 work.

Then on the other side of the coin, there's people like you who are like, man, I need a break into this internet marketing world. What am I going to sell?

This is the biggest opportunity online, for sure!

They are hoping an ambitious and motivated marketing geek hits them up asking to help! Here is your opportunity

How To Make Money Affiliate Marketing If You Are NOT An Expert - Beginner Friendly! Jun 03, 2019
    Show notes

"Share your expertise" is the common knowledge peddled for beginner affiliate marketers... But what if you aren't an expert? What do you do then?

For my full series on how to make money affiliate marketing, go here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tD97-K5TeE&list=PL0sOKzn__yK1N9QS91pLZA-OCIc8d56xZ

I've put together a comprehensive affiliate marketing for beginners guide here: www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&v=4u75MDaJDTY&redir_token=aF42rxPkiQY_MXgxs3TbORAupiV8MTU1OTYzNDQ0MkAxNTU5NTQ4MDQy&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.milesbeckler.com%2Faffiliate-marketing-for-beginners%2F

And if you are looking how to make money online affiliate marketing on clickbank, watch this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW0GueZJrWs

You are going to understand what to do when you're not an expert or when you're not an authority on the subject, but you want to still grow a business online. You know, it definitely gets easier to build a business online when you are the actual foremost expert in whatever it is you're doing.

But there's a large volume of you guys out there who you're not the expert yet. So the question is, what do I do?

The core question I want you to ask yourself and then we'll get into a specific tactic later, but the question I want you to ask yourself right now is what are you committed to becoming in the next three to five years? Because even if you're not an expert right now, are you committed to becoming an expert on something in the next three to five years?

Now, this could be very interestingly aligned with your life situation. Let's say you have a child who's 13 years old and they are absolutely infatuated with volleyball. You're their volleyball coach.

You kind of as a family, eat, sleep, breathe volleyball, and you know, for the next four or five years this really good chance you're going to be involved in the sport of volleyball as a coach, as a coach, parent, et Cetera, et cetera. Bingo.

You are on your way to becoming one of the, potentially for most best coaches in tyour area, at least on the game of volleyball, and since your kids are going through it and you're doing it, why not really get into the game and understand the mechanics of the game and why not become the best that you can add that maybe you're really into racing drones.

Maybe you're really into horseback riding. Maybe you're really into yoga. I don't know what that is about you, but oftentimes when you don't already have 10 years of expertise to pull from, it's more about what are you becoming. Then, as I mentioned earlier, there's a tactic you can implement, right?

So how do you as, let's use this volleyball coach example that totally popped into my mind randomly. How does this kind of individual whose kids interested in volleyball, they want to help, they want to participate and maybe make a business around this. How do you actually learn more about the game of volleyball? And obviously researching is a big part of it, right?

So the access to the information is not the problem. That's not the hurdle. It's the commitment of purpose. And then it's like, well, what do you do when you find the information?

Writing is not necessarily as much about communicating an idea as it is about learning. And this is a really, really big distinction that hit me last year The premise is that writing and the act of writing is actually your way of learning, right?

Let me repeat that. When you write things out, you go read the books, you research, you researched the top new articles on a topic, and you take the time to write out an outline to fill out that outline and write a comprehensive essay on everything that you've learned.

The actual act of writing is learning, not you communicating. Therefore, if you move forward and you commit to writing three new great blog posts each and every week on that topic, relevant to what you're becoming and you just write, write, write.

This by default means that you will be learning more and more about this topic with each, with each and every post that you publish, which means over the course of three years, writing three posts per week.

In order to write that volume of content, you will have read more than just about anyone else on the topic. You will have published more on just about anyone on that topic. You will be in the top 1% of the most knowledgeable people in the world.

Ultimately understanding or thinking critically about this right here. I'm going to sum it up one time real quick. Number one, what are you committed to becoming, right? What are you committed to? Are you committed to becoming one of the best drone racers in the world? Are you committed to becoming someone who spends all day, every day with our horses?

Because you just love your horses that much? Whatever it is that you're committed to becoming, that's your starting point. That's your entrance point. That's the affinity with this niche, with this world, with this subject matter, ultimately with an audience of people similar to you who are looking to get better at that thing. Then you commit to the process of writing.

#1 Most Counter-Intuitive Success Secret Revealed - This May Be Holding You Back! May 30, 2019
    Show notes

Tired of feeling stuck in your business? Wonder why others seem to achieve success WAY FASTER than you? This video reveals their secret!

in this video you are going to learn the most counterintuitive secret to success. We're going to talk about what this is. It's based on the quote and then we're going to go into a real world example so you can understand how to apply this in your business because it's one thing to learn the idea.

It's another thing of how does this work in my business and that's what we'll get to. First and foremost, what is this counter intuitive success secret? Well, the quote is by I think his name's Bill Watson, and he's the founder of Ibm International Business Machines and he stated that if you want to increase the rate of success, you need to double your rate of failure. I want to say that again. If you want to succeed faster, you need to fail more.

Specifically, he said double your rate of failure. Now, the idea here that might take away from this is most people are frozen with fear, right?

A lot of people have a fear of failure. Fear is a very strong emotion. And people who have a fear of failure, they end up getting stuck in research mode and they do nothing but research and analyze and they get to that point of analysis paralysis, which means they're not taking any action.

They're cramming more ideas into their noggin there, taking zero actions and they get absolutely overwhelmed and there is a 0% chance this approach is ever going to lead them to the success that they desire.

Now on the flip side of this, there is another personality type. And I run across these individuals every once in awhile. And I personally happen to have a little bit of this in me and that is they learn just enough to get going.

They learn just enough to be dangerous and then they blaze forward and they start creating things and they start publishing things and they're putting up wordpress sites and youtube channels and videos and ads and landing pages and, and most of them are rubbish at first and they get a little better and a little better cause they keep going.

You see the real key here, and these are the types of people who create success, massive success in their world.

The real key here is the understanding that the success you desire is actually on the other side of failure, right?

In fact, there is no such thing as failure: www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&v=wU6KWJG50-g&redir_token=EAC9BWF3br3ZfJK_FKBTu4ZMutB8MTU1OTI5MDE1NkAxNTU5MjAzNzU2&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.milesbeckler.com%2Fno-such-thing-as-failure-mindset%2F

Because success is on the other side of failure: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBgwU_EPX3w

A lot of people who are looking at failure thinking, I don't want to do that, are never going to fail, which means they're never going to get through failure over to success. Then there's another personality type that's like, okay, I really want that. I don't fully know how to get there.

Everyone in this world who's created anything that's noteworthy, had no clue how they were going to create it. They knew they were going to create it. They started, they took action, and they failed their way forward to actually get to the success that they desire. Does this make sense? Success is on the other side of failure. You have to go through failures to find success, which is why a fear of failure is not serving you at all. Let it go. Embrace failure.

Put up messy first drafts of things. Put up terrible first videos just like I did. You'll get better. And if you stick with it, eventually you'll find that which works for you, for your audience, et Cetera. Now, the real world scenario that I promised, because this is great in theory, how does this actually physically work in a real business? So last month I went to a bunch of different masterminds and at one of the masterminds it was a private mastermind by invite only.

It was the top 10 affiliates for a program on Clickbank, one of clickbank's top programs. The youngest kid in the room is absolutely dominating. He, um, he's using Instagram for most of his traffic amongst a few other things. He's a really unique approach. He is not doing things traditionally and now he's at a point where he realizes that his business is kind of hinges on a few core offers that other people own and he wants to build his own offers to kind of give him some stability within his business model. No, it's great to be an affiliate. I love being an affiliate and so does he. But it's also great to own that transaction, to own that customer. It does come with some benefits. So we're on the phone and he's like, how do I get there? What's that offer? He's trying to figure out what is this compelling offer?

What's that irresistible offer that might people want? And instead of saying and helping them realize that it's this one thing that they want, because I don't know what that is. He doesn't know what that is. The real core idea for him right now is go make lots of offers, go make micro offers, do lots of little things and see what people respond to.

#1 Characteristic Of GREAT Virtual Assistants & How To Find If They Have It While Hiring: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ie_g4mu2ZZc

Doesn't matter whether you're hiring in the Philippines, the US or Eastern Europe or you're using online jobs.ph or upwork. The process is really the trick to finding great teammates and that's what you're going to learn here.

Since a couple of masterminds, I attended in the last few weeks, I've been on a hiring frenzy and I've documented the steps that I take. I found some excellent new teammates that I'm super stoked on and as I grow my business I want to share the steps I'm taking with you to help you grow your business.

If you like these types of videos, give me a thumbs up, hit subscribe, hit the bells. Do you get more of them as they come out and let's jump right into the five steps?

Number one, you must get extremely clear and super specific with the job itself, the role that you're hiring for and the specific tasks that that individual will be taking.

It's a slippery slope to start with. I'm going to hire somebody to help out with social media and then start to tack on these other tasks that you expect this individual to do well.

So if they're going to do social media, yeah, they should have some WordPress skills to okay. And they should be able to do copywriting too, so yeah, copyrighting as well. And, and they should have Photoshop skills as well. And all of a sudden this one task that you wanted to hire for now becomes this magical person who flat out doesn't exist.

I made this mistake many, many times and what I've found today is the more specific I am for that extremely specific role, the better quality people I'm going to get. Right. Outsourcers and virtual teammates are not magicians.

They are usually skilled at one thing. And for your business, you want someone who is excellent at one thing.

You might be a jack of all trades, but ultimately when you have somebody kind of adding on new segments of your business, whether it's copywriting, social media, email marketing, somebody to build your funnels out for you, you want them to be all in on that one thing, lots of specialists will help you grow more quickly.

So getting extremely specific about the tasks and about that position and really keeping it closed, right? And when I say close, I mean you don't want to leave it open.

Expecting them to be able to do a little this and a little that and a little of this, really focus it in and really zero in on that core of what they need to do. And that's step one. Step number two is to write a great job description and make it private.

Now in the job description, there are two things I always do.

Number one, I always introduce myself by name. In the first paragraph when they reply, I'm looking do they have the wherewithal to pay attention that I said my name and do they actually grabbed my name and greet, meet by name in the cover letter?

If not, that's a huge red flag. I want that awareness. I want that attention to detail in this situation. The other thing I do is I ask three specific questions at the end. Now what these questions are, it varies a, it really doesn't matter that much. I just want to make sure they read all the way through to the end and they take the time to actually answer those three questions.

One of the more common questions I ask a lot that I really enjoy is explained to me why right now is the perfect time for you to find and get this job.

I'm looking for a story. I'm looking for insights into their life. I'm looking for a change. I'm looking for the fact that they now have 20 hours available.

I just want to hear a story. And after the three questions, I always say, if you want to stand out from all the other applicants, grab yourself own and cut a quick video. Now, most people don't do this. A lot of people address this, which I do appreciate, but some people are willing to pull out their cell phone and cut a quick video and that is extremely powerful.

It shows that they're ambitious and it gives you that chance to really kind of see them see in their eyes and really kind of vibe them out if you will. And I found that to be super powerful.
