Did Joseph Duggar's TV Words Predict His Own Charges? Jul 26, 2026
    Show notes

Joseph Duggar told a national television audience in 2015 that his brother Josh preached one thing and did another, and now a Bay County, Florida arrest affidavit is forcing a question nobody wants to sit with: did Joseph Duggar's own TV appearance predict the charges he's facing today?
Tony Brueski breaks down the timeline live: the December 2015 interview where Joseph described Josh's double life on camera, the 2003 decision by Jim Bob Duggar to route his son's confession through a family friend with a badge rather than police, and the identity of that man, which makes the entire cover-up worse than most people realize. Then the 2026 Florida affidavit, the nine-year-old girl, the not-guilty plea, and the six hundred thousand dollar bond that got Joseph Duggar home in time for dinner. The case was continued in mid-July, with Joseph Duggar's next court date set for September.
But this episode doesn't stop at one family. Four members of the Siders family in Hamden, Ohio are facing sixteen counts each of child endangerment after sixteen children were removed from their home in June of 2026, kids kept off school rolls, off medical records, raised entirely inside the house. The oldest is eighteen and, according to reports, cannot spell her own name. Joseph and Kendra Duggar are facing a strikingly similar set of charges out of Arkansas over their own four kids, also removed by the state.
Two families, two states, the same quiet method for keeping children invisible to anyone who might have helped them. What splits them apart isn't the allegations. It's the bank account.
Tony Brueski puts the cases side by side, live, and lets the audience decide who they believe deserves the benefit of the doubt, because right now, the system already has.

Patrick Clancy Said His Wife Looked Like WHAT?! Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

Patrick Clancy has said his wife spent her final months acting like a zombie, and almost nobody around her seemed to notice how far gone she really was.
Lindsay Clancy, a former labor and delivery nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan, at their Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023. She's pleading not guilty by reason of insanity. Between September 2022 and January 2023, she was prescribed at least nine different psychiatric medications. An outside hospital later determined she'd been overmedicated and misdiagnosed, and her civil lawsuit alleges that what she described to providers as intrusive thoughts were actually auditory hallucinations nobody dug into further.
A forensic psychiatrist has since diagnosed her with Bipolar Disorder I with postpartum onset, a condition where the antidepressants doctors prescribe can actually trigger psychosis. She was also gravely injured that night and has been paralyzed from the waist down ever since.
Robin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski to talk through what it actually looks like when a family member is drowning in front of you and nobody around them, including the professionals treating her, catches it in time. They dig into prosecutor Jennifer Sprague's argument that other mothers with postpartum psychosis who never harmed their children shouldn't testify for the defense, and Judge William Sullivan's decision to agree with her.
Patrick has publicly asked people to forgive Lindsay and is on her defense witness list. She has never given police a statement about that night, not once, in three and a half years. Jury selection begins July 20 in Plymouth Superior Court.

Why Did Nolan Wells' Search Find Nothing Until Monday? Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

Search crews covered a patch of water off Horn Island on Sunday and found nothing. A ranger went back Monday morning and found Nolan Wells.
Nolan was eighteen, a wide receiver at Southwest Mississippi Community College from Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He was last seen on the island around three in the afternoon on the Fourth of July. About ninety minutes later, the boat's operator called a towing company to report the boat was taking on water. The boat left the island at 4:31, and a National Park Service ranger recovered Nolan's body at 8:45 the next morning, off the island's northwestern tip, in the same general area searched the day before.
Robin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski to walk through what that gap between the two searches actually means, and what it doesn't. Currents, timing, visibility, and search patterns can all explain a miss like that. So can other things. Neither of them is claiming to know which one this is.
They also dig into the parts of this case that still don't line up: a phone left on the dashboard with two competing explanations, an empty photo roll with two competing explanations, and a video that circulated widely with two competing accounts of how it got out. Attorney Ben Crump says Nolan's friends had control of his phone after he was left behind, and that messages had already been deleted by the time the family got it back.
No agency has released a cause or manner of death. The family has arranged its own independent examination in Washington, D.C., separate from the one done by the state, and District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath says the case is heading to a grand jury once the investigation is complete.
Where a body is found, and when, tells its own part of the story.

Why Are Nolan Wells' Witnesses Too Scared To Talk? Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

Somebody on that boat trip knows more than they're saying about what happened to Nolan Wells, and some of them are reportedly too scared to say it.
Nolan was eighteen, a wide receiver at Southwest Mississippi Community College from Ocean Springs, Mississippi. On the Fourth of July he went out to Horn Island, an uninhabited barrier island roughly ten miles off the Mississippi coast, with a group of friends. No buildings, no fresh water, no service, just boats and coolers until the sun goes down and everyone heads for the mainland. His friends made it back. He didn't.
A National Park Service ranger found his body in the water off the island's northwestern tip two mornings later. Roughly thirteen hours passed before help was actually requested. Investigators say they believe Nolan drowned, and they've also said they're still working to determine exactly what happened out there.
A friend reportedly called the Coast Guard that night, and Nolan's mother, Christine Wonsley, called the sheriff's office shortly after. The sheriff's office said early on there was no foul play. His cause and manner of death still haven't been released.
Tony sits down with Robin Dreeke to break down what it actually means when witnesses go quiet in a case like this, what a "no foul play" statement does and doesn't prove, and why silence from the people who were physically there is its own kind of evidence. Attorney Ben Crump is running an independent investigation for the family, and the district attorney says this is heading to a grand jury.
Some witnesses have talked to investigators. Others reportedly haven't said much at all, and the family wants to know why.
Fear doesn't mean guilt. But it doesn't mean nothing, either.

Why Patrick Clancy Is Testifying For His Wife's Defense Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

Lindsay Clancy's husband found their three children dead. Now he's about to take the stand for her.
Patrick Clancy discovered Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months, in their Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023. Lindsay Clancy has conceded she killed them. What's contested in Plymouth Superior Court is whether she knew right from wrong at the time, and Patrick has landed on the side of the woman accused of ending his children's lives.
He's filed a wrongful death lawsuit, not against Lindsay, but against the healthcare providers who treated her in the months leading up to that day. Court filings describe a woman prescribed at least ten different medications in four months, hospitalized three times, and turned away by a crisis hotline after asking for help. She told providers she was having thoughts of harming her children. A hospital assessment cleared her of bipolar disorder; a forensic evaluation after the killings found she had Bipolar Disorder I with psychosis and postpartum onset.
Her attorney tried to split the trial into two phases, guilt first, sanity second, so the jury wouldn't hear the concession and the psychosis evidence in the same breath. The judge said no. The judge also blocked other mothers who've experienced postpartum psychosis from testifying about what it's like from the inside.
Prosecutors, meanwhile, point to a fitness tracker and a mapping app they say prove Lindsay was calculating, not spiraling, in the moments before it happened.
Robin Dreeke and Jennifer Coffindaffer join Tony Brueski to dig into a case where the accused and the man who lost everything might be aiming at the same target: not each other, but the system in between.
Jury selection begins July 20 in Plymouth Superior Court.

The Siders Had Three Child Brides Before The 16 Kids Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

Siders Ohio house of horrors child bride history — before the sixteen children were found in Vinton County, marriage records from Gallia County, Ohio, and Mason County, West Virginia, show three girls between fourteen and fifteen years old were married into the Siders family orbit over a six-year span. Judges signed. Parents signed. Nobody intervened.

The youngest was fourteen and pregnant when she married a forty-eight-year-old cousin of Gary Siders Sr. in 2002. A year later, a fifteen-year-old identified in records as Gary Siders Jr.'s own sister was married in the same county. And in 2008, Elizabeth Russell — the woman now facing sixteen counts of child endangerment — was married at fifteen to Gary Siders Jr. across the state line in West Virginia, where the law set no minimum marriage age at all.

Tony connects the marriage pattern to the family now facing sixty-four felony charges and asks the question the entire legal system was built to avoid — whether what happened to those girls before the weddings was itself a crime that should have been prosecuted instead of papered over with a marriage license.

d4vd And Nolan Wells: Did The Evidence Help Or Hurt?! Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

d4vd and Nolan Wells — two cases where the evidence just put into the public record raised more questions than it answered. Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis examines both.d4vd's preliminary hearing introduced the prosecution's full digital paper trail — online orders for chainsaws, a cadaver bag, a burn cage, laundry bags, and an inflatable pool, all allegedly placed under aliases and shipped to the defendant's own address. But the defense established that every chainsaw tested negative for blood, no DNA testing was ordered, and key pieces of physical evidence were not properly preserved or collected. Matching tattoos and prosecutors' allegation that fingers bearing his name were removed from Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body added another layer. In the Nolan Wells investigation, two autopsies produced zero answers on cause of death. The independent pathologist flagged that Mississippi retained the neck structures, making it impossible to assess strangulation. A $125,000 reward is on the table. The autopsy was announced at the NAACP Convention in Chicago. Friends who cooperated with investigators face threats and AI-fabricated evidence online.Eric Faddis breaks down whether the evidence released helped or hurt each case — and who benefits when the evidence doesn't match the narrative.

Did Nolan Wells’ Autopsy Settle Something Nobody Will Mention? Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

The independent autopsy of Nolan Wells found no evidence of physical trauma. No fractures. No deep tissue injuries. No lacerations. That's a finding, and it's a clear one. But the pathologist could not determine whether Nolan drowned, because the lungs, airway, and stomach contents had already been examined during the state's first autopsy. Two forensic experts who weren't involved in the case disagree about what the red discoloration on the back of his skull means — one calls it a superficial impact from water debris, the other says it could be decomposition or blunt force. Tony walks through the independent autopsy report detail by detail, separates the trauma question from the drowning question, and explains why the limitations in the report are not evidence of a cover-up but the inherent reality of any second forensic examination. The state's autopsy has been complete for over two weeks. It has not been released. The family is waiting on answers from a file they've never seen.

Did d4vd's Defense Just Destroy The Chainsaw Evidence?! Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

d4vd — defense attorney Blair Berk cross-examined LAPD investigators at the preliminary hearing and established that every chainsaw recovered from the defendant's home tested negative for blood. No DNA testing followed. Prosecutors had entered those tools as central to the alleged cover-up of Celeste Rivas Hernandez's death. The defense says the prosecution's own lab results contradict that theory.Prosecutors presented a detailed timeline of online purchases made under aliases — chainsaws, a cadaver bag labeled "City Morgue," heavy-duty laundry bags, a burn cage, an inflatable pool — all allegedly shipped to the defendant's address and paid for with his own accounts. The digital trail is damning on paper. But Berk attacked how evidence was handled at the scene: the cadaver bag was not fully preserved and the burn cage was not collected during the initial search. The hearing also put financials into the record — over ten million dollars in earnings. The defense countered by showing the defendant's mother and manager controlled spending, attempting to undercut the financial-motive special circumstance.Eric Faddis examines whether the defense accomplished real damage at this hearing or whether the prosecution's digital evidence carries the case regardless of the physical gaps.

Why d4vd Went Back To The Same Highway Six Weeks Later?! Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

Prosecutors put the motive on the record on Day 2 of d4vd's preliminary hearing — and then revealed where Burke allegedly went after Celeste Rivas Hernandez was killed. Financial testimony established that Burke earned over $10 million between 2022 and 2025 from his Interscope deal and brand partnerships. The contract was terminated three months after the body was discovered. A money manager on Burke's team testified he knew Celeste's first name and had heard about Burke taking her to London. Then a CHP officer took the stand with a detail that stopped the courtroom: a Caltrans worker found Celeste's passport card in tall grass off a rural highway in Santa Barbara County, ninety-five miles northwest of Burke's home. Prosecutors allege Burke drove to that stretch of highway twice — once immediately after the alleged killing and again about six weeks later. The defense attacked the chain of custody. An LAPD criminologist later testified about air fresheners found throughout the Tesla where the body decomposed for months.
