The wave of covid cases of the omicron variant continues to spread worldwide, and the covid-19 vaccines (and boosters) clearly aren’t preventing infection and spread of it. Envisioning a hopeful future is a key to resilience, which entails ridding ourselves of domination systems that thwart human flourishing. It’s time for a rights-respecting stage of development that honors individuals rather than an unjust stage that upholds hierarchies using power-over strategies. Psychedelic-assisted therapy can aid in this waking-up process of integration; our culture can evolve beyond rigidity and chaos, into compassion and flourishing. On the personal side, I recovered from omicron in January, which was similar to a cold I had three years ago in Sydney, other than partial loss of smell and taste that’s gradually returning. My treatment regimen was similar to the FLCCC alliance’s. Vaccinating children for Covid-19 makes no scientific sense and can jeopardize their health. The pandemic restrictions continue to stress people around the globe. Ubiquitous, cheap testing for individuals is still not being offered, though some rapid-antigen tests have become available (at higher prices). Speculations about SARS2 originating from the Wuhan bat coronavirus lab gain more evidence. The mainstream perspective on covid-19 vaccine safety has continued to neglect those who’ve suffered and died from them. All this is typical of Amber-stage level of development, characterized by centralized control and top-down “authority”; organizations such as the FDA continue to act as bridge trolls, thwarting ingenious pandemic-ending solutions (e.g., engineered nanobodies and lipopeptides). Studies show that some people are at higher risk of hospitalization from covid-19 (e.g., co-morbidities), and two-dose vaccination is more protective than one dose and much more than no vaccination, while natural immunity looks to be most protective, yet those in charge of the vaccination program don’t acknowledge this. Syringe aspiration before deltoid intramuscular injection of covid-19 vaccine is advised to minimize vascular-system uptake and serious side effects (such as myocarditis). Vaccine mandates imposed by governments are rights violations. The Novavax vaccine still hasn’t come to Americans, though the Japanese government placed a big order, along with distributing ivermectin, which faces both misinformation and disinformation campaigns in America. Merck’s molnupiravir poses safety concerns (unlike ivermectin). Some centralized health-care authorities are recognizing obesity as a major risk factor with covid-19, though bottom-up solutions are lost on them, including actually healthy foods, as noted by Verta Health and the Nutrition Coalition. Centralized, top-down organizations continue to forward vaccines at the exclusion of viable solutions, regardless of costs. Higher viral load found with Delta variant of SARS2. Israel evidenced more breakthroughs in vaccinated persons; booster shots seem to provide further immunity. FDA approves the Pfizer vaccine beyond the EUA designation, with long-term safety data still yet to be determined. Lots of fear-mongering about vaccine safety can be found in alternative media, much of which has been addressed by Dr. Mobeen Syed (links below). Once again, ivermectin can be useful for prevention and treatment of covid-19. New inhaleable nanobodies are extremely potent as SARS2 neutralizers, but such ingenious products have yet to become available, facing hindrances by Amber-stage institutions. Professor Robert Clancy has promoted ivermectin for covid-19 prevention and treatment in the authoritarian Land Down Unda. The Oxford Principle Trial examining ivermectin’s treatment efficacy is methodologically flawed. Chairman of Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association, Dr. Haruo Ozaki, declares during surge, time for ivermectin is now. Widespread disinformation and misinformation campaigns continue against ivermectin’s use as SARS2 prophylactic and covid-19 treatment. Governments and those supporting them violate people’s choice-making ability; mandates, prohibitions, and punishments fail to help people thrive; instead, they make people relive trauma. A mindful perspective on trauma assists in healing and growing. Authoritarian parenting scales up to edicts by “authorities” in centralized organizations. Pierre Kory contracts covid-19 while taking ivermectin prophylactically, so the FLCCC Alliance has revamped their prevention protocol to twice-per-week dosing (instead of once). Some prominent anti-vaccine advocates have recently died of covid-19, and fitness icon Bill Phillips came close to dying from contracting covid-19 the second time; his natural immunity apparently worked against him. ADE remains a factor in covid-19 (not vaccines).

The CCP in China remains opposed to any thorough investigations of the origins of SARS2, which isn’t surprising given the nature of that domination system. Joe Rogan had an “emergency podcast” about nonsensical YouTube take-downs, public health corruption and controversies, and ivermectin. Governmental systems such as the FDA and its Emergency Use Authorization for Covid-19 vaccines have predictably induced a host of perverse incentives (such as “vaccines at all costs” viewpoint), which hinder viable pandemic-ending strategies. Dr. Tess Lawrie’s research and meta-analysis of ivermectin’s efficacy and findings on the purported safety of Covid-19 vaccines have been explored in interviews (links below). Needless to say, ivermectin is not “the new hydroxychloroquine,” as some in the medical community claim; rather, it’s a way to lessen risk of SARS2 infection, transmission, and long-haul covid-19 (and post-vaccination) symptoms. Finally, the Novavax subunit (spike protein) vaccine might prove to be the best thus far of covid-19 vaccines. Essentially, the harmful developmental stage of Amber and the inadequate and misguided stages of Orange and Green perpetuate orthodox institutions and entrenched thinking (aka, impaired sense-making), which need to be transcended to a wholesome integration of Teal stage. Riffing on the last episode with Robb Wolf, we explore more of the misguided perspectives of the corporate-model of farming and ranching, followed by the viable and sustainable solutions to providing nutrient-rich food for humans. While the vegan, or anti-meat, agenda has a multiplicity of mistaken notions, some aspects of it do recognize major problems with factory farming and cultural dysfunction. Needless to say, lab meat will leave much to be desired. Ivermectin remains a long-standing, vital drug in this discussion, because it’s had the capacity to safely and cheaply end the pandemic, instead of new vaccines and newly patented antivirals under FDA “Emergency Use Authorization.” Merck has shunned deploying its very own ivermectin (now off patent), favoring instead a new drug with similar characteristics garnering over a billion dollars from the federal government. As noted previously, many solutions to the pandemic haven’t been utilized due to the archaic Amber-stage, top-down organizational model of society at present and the “maximize shareholder wealth” mantra, which diminishes people’s values. Returning guest (from 11yrs ago!..linked below) Robb Wolf is author of The Paleo Solution, Wired To Eat, and co-author of Sacred Cow. We discuss the nature of futurism and how increased longevity, even indefinite lifespans, will likely remain in the realm of science fiction, due to the complexity of biological systems, especially the human brain. Also, external events as well as psychological factors need to be considered. How much grief can humans cope with over eons of time? In the meantime we have the major societal problem of becoming disconnected from nature and cycles of life and death, which leads to further downstream problems. Bill Gates and others steeped in top-down systems of control, tend to believe that humans can disregard ancestral health principles in favor of designed, synthesized foodstuffs. In turn the informative documentary film (and book) “Sacred Cow” shows the ongoing movements protesting the use of animals for food and other values, thus marginalizing bottom-up perspectives on sustainability. Specialization in the marketplace can present challenges to our connection with nature and systemic health, especially via digital social media with polarizing algorithms. The “mean green meme” (critiqued by Ken Wilber) coupled with cancel culture further hinders integration. Still, a regenerative model of farming and ranching can sustain the world’s nutritional needs, while revitalizing topsoils, whereas Big Ag corporatism is unsustainable. Jiu Jitsu principles can be instructive for such societal challenges. Lastly, humans are best suited for consuming whole, unprocessed foods, but individual results with plants may vary.

Vaccine development and vaccinations for covid-19 continue, as the pandemic massively affects India. Hopefully intranasal vaccines, as explained in episode 150, will come to market sooner rather than later. The coronavirus spike protein has been shown to damage tissues, and scientists note that covid-19 is primarily a vascular disease. Apparently, despite some controversy (see in links below), only SARS CoV-2 (not the vaccines) significantly damages tissues. Meanwhile, various top-down systems continue to thwart sensible solutions to the pandemic. It’s vital to integrate healthy nutrition too, which entails developing a healthy relationship with various parts of oneself, via self-acceptance, self-empathy, and self-compassion. The methodology of Nonviolent Communication can assist a lot in this process.

While the Olympics in Tokyo are scheduled this summer, only the athletes and local spectators will be allowed entry. Japan’s vaccine rollout has been minimal thus far. In America there’s a chance that covid-19 tests will become available over the counter, though still via the command-and-control FDA process. Author of a new book called Just Eat misses the mark regarding what and how to eat for optimal health, though he did recommend reducing processed carbs. Dr. Ken Berry’s interview with dietician Michelle Hurn (linked below) discusses what’s been happening in hospitals and the institutionalized health care system as well as their ties to the processed-food industry. Finally, keto treats oftentimes try to mimic sweet and baked desserts that we’re so used to with the Standard American Diet, so there’s that. Using them to transition to savory whole foods (mostly from animals) or only on special occasions is probably most prudent.

Can “immunity bubbles” be created through testing? It depends on the nature of the rapid-antigen tests being used and whether they are able to detect asymptomatic infectious persons. Clearly, not using a bottom-up approach to implement widespread and cheap testing has caused more pandemic problems and costly governmental reactions. Relatedly, with nearly all the focus on injected vaccines, much more effective treatments are being overlooked, which include engineered nanobodies (AeroNabs from UCSF) and lipopeptides (e.g., from Columbia U.) that prevent infection, as well as intranasal spray vaccines! We explore facets of these vaccines, because they appear to be more effective at preventing severe symptoms and stopping infectiousness than injected vaccines, which could end the pandemic and all the costly restrictions. Once again, empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being by enabling widespread access to such products is needed, rather than more top-down programs. In this episode Kevin joins in the fun! In addition to addressing healthy blood test results, we discuss a range of issues, from the seeming slow pace of anti-aging biotech (Aubrey de Grey!), the misguided trend of veganism and ongoing false nutritional information, to mistaken notions of empathy within domination systems (such as governmental schooling). Additionally, regenerative agriculture and sustainable, caring (ultimately, non-corporate) ranching methods need to become widespread. Processed foods, such as our beloved donuts (sarcasm), are geared to cater to short-term pleasures and comfort at the expense of long-term health and well-being. Case in point: fast-food restaurants, where it’s vital to steer clear of the excess carbs and things fried in “vegetable” oil. Intermittent fasting, or reduced eating windows, can facilitate fat-loss and improve biomarkers, which can be a challenge in a food-abundant world. Eating low-carb/high-fat (especially, carnivore-ish) whole foods appears to minimize risk of CVD and other diseases. “Normal” or “optimal” ranges of blood readings can vary across labs, of course, which tend not to account for keto/carnivore diets. The HDL/Triglyceride ratio (best less than 1 or 2) continues to be a useful marker, among other inflammation indicators. Live long and prosper. :)
