This is the #1 reason distributors get stuck at Sr. Star or Executive. Sponsoring new people is what makes your business grow, no new people leads to no growth. No growth leads to frustration and eventually quitting. If you're serious about your business and you want to reach into the next layer of people to talk to, you have to advertise. There are MANY forms of advertising: radio, local papers, church bulletins, online, vendor events, direct mail, and even buying leads (the results of someone else's ads). The best place to look for vendor events and what you should expect to pay for a booth. 2. Low budget, great places to meet people with similar interests as you in your neighborhood. 3. THe deal with networking events, are they worth it? 4. Determining if your area viable for doing local events or if it is saturated. 5. If big vendor events where booths are $500 - $2500 are better than small, less attended events.
