We go through his journey starting with growing up in West Baltimore during the heroine epidemic where life expectancy for a Black male was age 25. Going from drug dealer to entrepreneur and getting an anxiety diagnosis that had him hooked on antidepressants and had him seeing that the doctors in white coats with prescription pads were more dangerous than the ones he grew up with on the corner. How he discovered his holy trinity of wellness and took his mental health into his own hands and seeing how vulnerability is his superpower. And so much more!

Quentin is the former Vice President of the Yoga Alliance Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that leverages yoga for social impact. His work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Thrive Global, Entrepreneur, Chicago Tribune, NBC News, Fox News, MindBodyGreen, and others. Having spent years practicing yoga and meditation, Quentin has found a recent passion in gardening and interior design as forms of anxiety management.
