Mapping Customer’s Journey with George Bryant May 05, 2022
    Show notes

Have you ever thought of how someone map's out the customer journey from an expert's perspective? Do you know why it matters? Are you curious about how to build on it? First, you have to understand why it matters, and it matters over everything else.

George Bryant is a New York Times Best Selling Author, Podcast Host & one of the most highly sought after digital marketing consultants in the world to teach his Relationships Beat Algorithms™ approach to business. He has helped hundreds of the largest companies in the world and thousands of entrepreneurs ethically scale their businesses by deepening their relationships with their customers and creating transformational breakthroughs that help them accomplish their goals. He believes a company’s financial success is directly dependent on the amount of value they share before AND after a purchase. Business is about relationships & touch points. The companies who put relationships before transactions will win. That is the Relationships Beat Algorithms approach.

This week’s Healthcare Hacks and Connection, Nathan Navas and George Bryant will talk to you about How to utilize content as a tool, to help people achieve the result that gives them the ability to opt for or monetize it.

They will touch on such topics as:

    • Pick a destination: a first moment where a transaction happens in an automated relationship.
    • Everybody thinks the content is the magic, but the context delivered is the magic.
    • The content itself is identical.
    • Content helps people move closer to you by knowing, liking, and trusting you.
    • People think that the customer's journey ends the moment the transaction is completed, but that's the day the customer's journey starts.
    • No one has built a successful and profitable business based on not getting results.
    • You never stop something that actually works.
    • Anything in your business that is accidental is guaranteed to fail.

Hack: Winning a customer's journey is not always about having the correct answers; it always has the right next step, even if it's not you.

How to Use LinkedIn for Your Business in 2022 with Dr. Angela Mulrooney Mar 17, 2022
    Show notes

In this week’s episode, I will be joined by Dr. Angela Mulrooney. Angela is a retired dentist turned personal branding expert. She had built a referral-based, niche dental practice that allowed her to do the dentistry she loved on clients she loved while earning more and working less. She lost everything after sustaining a career-ending injury that killed my ability to drill. She was sent spiraling, unsure of what the future held. She had two options: She could keep my practice even though I would never be able to drill again, or she could sell my practice and find a new path. She chose option b. She took to LinkedIn and started speaking about niching and branding in training. She went from two hundred to twelve thousand industry followers in a year. Her rise on LinkedIn drew attention from other professionals, and I started being asked to coach professionals in disparate industries on creating personal brands on LinkedIn. She was hired to speak at conferences internationally, be a guest on podcasts, and share my knowledge. She has helped thousands of people leverage the power of personal branding so they could: Transform their credibility, Craft their limelight and Attract their ideal clients.

In this episode, we talked about What you can learn when you lose everything. How to become a different and better leader. The most significant gift to give to yourself is burning down what was working for your business. The more you niche your skills, the easier you are to understand your audience. How to build a network to grow your business on LinkedIn. The Podcast allows people to bring more color out of the people interviewing and will enable the guest to share a deeper level of conversation. Helping people to get out of their way - so people who need them can find them.

Hack: Step into your greatness. You have something to offer to the world, and own it!

Starter Kit For A Dietician with Brianna Fear-Keen Mar 03, 2022
    Show notes

In this week’s episode, I will be joined by Brianna Fear-Keen. Brianna has been a dietitian for 14 years and had a variety of roles within the public system, private sector, and for her own business as a dietitian. Fun fact, she also had a business making and selling picnic blankets which she started when she was on maternity leave with her oldest. She has helped over 50 dietitians get set up or started in their business and she understands where you are coming from as a dietitian new in business having had businesses of her own. She knows what needs to happen to get you to where you want to be.

In this episode, we talked about the qualities that a dietician should have when starting a business. What are the different marketing strategies and tactics that a dietician should demonstrate in starting their own practice? What are the time-management tips for anyone who’s starting their own business? You don't need permission to start a business. Pursue what you are dreaming of and be prepared to take risks. Creating a business plan is a huge concrete goal. You have to know what it is that you need to achieve in your business - take one step at a time.

Hint: Live up to the expectations that they are going to receive from you.
