In this episode, I share recent experiences I've had that might seem unusual. These experiences made me realize how magic exists and it will show up if we allow it. Listen to your intuition even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else at all. Believe me, there is an entire community here that believes you. We fear and make wrong the things that are not in our awareness so be open to the things you don't know you don't know. The little things are certainly not coincidences.

Adrian Ellison is a coach who specializes in shadow work. Shadow work is the idea that all our trauma takes shape as defense mechanisms or ego, the shadows we don't see. It's how we project our fear onto others, control things in order to feel safe, and the unconscious programs that fuel each interaction we have with ourselves and others. Her mission is to help others bring the unconscious to the conscious in a healthy way to allow more healing, more acceptance, and more love.

    Show notes

After spending previous episodes on the topic of mom-guilt, it's time we give the topic of worrying it's own moment in the spotlight on the podcast. Worry and guilt are definitely connected and it plagues so many of us. First off, it is okay and totally normal to worry. Judging yourself for worrying only creates more worry! While normal to feel this way, it is also an opportunity we don't take to look inward and find that fear that causes it. Believe or not, worry gives you a sense of control, purpose, and serves as a distraction for things that are not at all in your control. So how can we change the impact that worry has on our lives?
