    Come up with a meal schedule for yourself. So many of us eat only when it’s convenient but I encourage you to try to make a schedule for the week ahead and eat within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Don’t overthink the schedule. There’s no perfect schedule. Just having a schedule is a huge first step.
