    In this episode, Lance and Lindsey Elmore talk about how adversity affects a person’s health and wellness; and how Aromatherapy can help alleviate negativity and boost overall wellness.

    Lindsey Elmore grew up in Birmingham , Alabama and completed her undergraduate degree in Alabama, then attended Pharmacy School in San Francisco. She had undergone 2 years of postdoctoral, specializing in outpatient Pharmacy Management. She is also a chemist and a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist.

    During her first year in school she accidentally tore her ACL which led her to non-conventional (western) medicine; this opened up to a new world of alternative healing and wellness, and finally to essential oils. Lindsey is very passionate about sharing and teaching people regarding natural supplements and natural wellness approaches that are backed with proven data.

    93. Dr. Nicholas Jensen - How to Nourish the Body, Mind and Soul Sep 04, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Dr. Nicholas Jensen talk about taking the naturopathic journey in healing and strengthening the body, mind and soul.

    Dr Nick grew up in the small town of Osoyoos B.C and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Okanagan University College, now known as UBC Okanagan. He went on to attend Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in 2007 as a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic medicine. Following graduation, his desire to deepen his understanding of other healing modalities took him to South East Asia and India with his now wife and business partner Dr. Sonya Jensen.

    They Opened Divine Elements in 2009 and over the years have had the opportunity to mentor under some industry leading experts in hormone health and detoxification. Dr Nick is constantly learning and is extremely passionate about teaching individuals to become the best version of themselves. Being a parent as well as a Doctor, he knows in order to teach it, you have to live it and so both Dr Sonya and Dr Nick follow the philosophy of live it to lead it!

    92. Jose Flores - Possibilities Beyond Disability and Limiting Beliefs Sep 02, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Jose Flores talk about his struggle and triumph over his disability and limiting beliefs.

    Jose was born and raised in Bronx, New York. He was diagnosed early in his childhood with spinal-muscular atrophy that weakens the muscles the older one gets. The sickness started to slowly progress over the years until he eventually lost his ability to walk at 22 years old. He worked for corporate America when he moved to Florida for awhile. His journey to motivational speaking started when one day, he wondered if there is more to life than being on a wheelchair, working a 9 to 5 job.

    Today, Jose Flores an International Speaker, Motivator and Author that travels all over the world using his unique story of growing up with a physical disability and ending up in a wheelchair, along with the struggles & mindset associated with it, to get people outside of their comfort zones and to think outside of the box. He educates, inspires and motivates individuals to strengthen their mental toughness and to develop into indispensable leaders by connecting with them, touching their hearts and giving them a fresh perspective. Jose has spoken to thousands of people all over the world, showing them how to maximize their full potential. Most recently being featured on FOX, NBC, ABC, & CBS, as well as the TBN Network. Jose is also a contributor to Entrepreneur, Addicted 2 Success, Thrive Global, and The Goodmen Project.

    In this episode, Lance and Karen Salmansohn talk about finding time in your daily life to meditate and focus on your inner peace and health. As well as the importance of being in the present and in a state of calmness - to help our overall health, creativity and productivity in our lives.

    Karen’s career started as a stressed-out advertising Senior VP and award-winning designer. After leaving her leading career in the advertising industry, Karen stepped out as a successful writer and designer of books. Writing and publishing her first novel called “50% OFF” that was almost made into a movie. She moved to LA and began writing a variety of funny sitcom scripts and movie scripts. After years of working in the TV and film industries, she went back to her love of writing books.

    Today, Karen is a healthy living expert, best-selling author, and longevity research geek. She became a multi-best-selling author, having sold over 2 million copies of her books internationally and has gained a loyal following of almost 2 million people. Having studied Yoga and Meditation at ISHTA Yoga, Karen uses her knowledge to teach everyday people how to live a stress-free life with ideas found in her latest book ‘Instant Calm’.

    90. David Wilkinson - How Paradigm Shifts Can Alter Your Reality Aug 28, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and David Wilkinson talk about how his paradigm shifts made him who he is today, and how we can make a difference in the lives of many by first finding and living our purpose.

    David grew up in southern Missouri in her grandmother’s house with his cousins. He went through a tough time when he was 15 when his mother left him and his disabled father. This was also the time when he fell into a drug addiction. He experienced a paradigm shift one day when he almost accidentally shot his dad during a drug induced hallucination. After this, he reached out to his school counselor where received some powerful advice: “David, if you want to change yourself, you either need to change your playmates or change your playground”. He moved to Oklahoma after that and worked on a farm, eventually getting into the oil and natural gas industry. While there, he finally recovered from his drug addiction and learned to value hard work. After getting laid off by his boss in 2014, he had another paradigm shift that started his spiritual journey into figuring out who he is and how he can make a radical change in his life.

    Today David Wilkinson is as a self employed affiliate marketer / direct salesperson of Enagic. He is an authority in the online space, specializing in entrepreneurship, sales and Facebook space. Currently going on his 3rd year on this platform, he has made millions in sales and has a massive networking team of over 1,000 people so far.

    David tells listeners: “When something bad happens, the universe is telling you it's time for something different, or you need to adjust and learn from the lesson and then keep moving, because if you don't, how can you continue succeeding and growing?”

    89. Shari Teigman - Away from the Safezone and into the Maverick Life Aug 26, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Shari Teigman talk about stepping away from the comfort and safety of everyday life and set out on an adventure to find the maverick in us.

    Shari found herself unhappy one day despite being married, having two kids and living a Stepford Wife kind of life. Her transition from an unhappy mom to an empowered woman was not easy at first but it all came down to her choosing to start to move, walk, and dream even if she had no idea where she was going, other than the fact that she craved for change in her life. She has studied social work, art therapy, and completed a year long life coach training in Mentor Masterclass with Jeannine Yoder. She is also a certified yoga teacher and a multimedia artist who works with decoupage, mosaics and paint, interior design as well as a makeup artist. In over 2 years, she had grown her business in her own terms with her strengths and big dreams as the drivers.

    Today, Shari Teigman is a mindset coach, chief instigator of change and creative business strategist. She is now hosting her own podcast “Mavericks in Motion Podcast” that has the goal of helping people find their own purpose and their inner mavericks.

    Jacqui spent over 10 years of her life trying to fit in, aiming to be "good enough" and not living her truth. She was bullied, mocked and ridiculed for being different - having an accent, being whacky and being creative and imaginative. It made her an easy target for bullying at an early age. Her life took a turn when she started studying personal development and spirituality at age 16. Since then, she has undergone spiritual and overall transformation that revealed her truth and has empowered her to do great things.

    Today, Jacqui Sive has turned her pain into her message. She is now a spiritual entrepreneur, a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programmer and Life Coach.     86. Ben Gothard - Exponential Growth in Entrepreneurship Aug 19, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Ben Gothard talk about his journey of ups and downs, mistakes and growth in entrepreneurship.

    Ben’s journey in entrepreneurship started back in 2014 when he was a sophomore college student. After marketing a law firm for his father and a t-shirt business for his roommate, he had a bright idea to build his own social media marketing company. In 2016, he created Project EGG that has the sole purpose of facilitating the sharing of knowledge between the experts who have found success and beginners who are trying their hardest to find it. Since then Project EGG have grown to a strong 600+ member community that is growing every single day. In 2018, he rebranded and relaunched the social media marketing arm of Gothard Enterprises as Apexx Ventures.

    To date, Ben has published 10 books, starting with his first book titled "CEO at 20: A Little Book for Big Dreams". He has also produced hundreds of videos about entrepreneurship and personal development on Youtube, created an extremely high-end course on How to Build a Content Empire, built multiple revenue-generating e-commerce businesses, and helped hundreds of businesses with their social media marketing...all at the age of 24.

    85. Christine Olivia Hernandez - Tapping Into Your Inner Magic Aug 16, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Christine Olivia Hernandez talk about her journey of spiritual awakening, healing and growth and the magic of ceremonial cacao.

    Christine Olivia had a rough childhood. Her mom was young when she had her and her father left them when she was only three years old. Her father committed suicide later on when she was 22 and this tragedy brought her to her lowest point - numbing her feelings with booze, going out, and being in unhealthy relationships. Her life started to change when one day she tried hot yoga for the first time. After falling in love with it, she went to yoga teacher training and got introduced to ceremonial cacao in Bali.

    Today, Christine Olivia is an author, cacao ceremonialist, and muse. She recently published her first book, entitled "A Child of Magic". She enjoys creating, expressing, and helping others through storytelling and cacao ceremonies. Christine’s Guatemalan ancestors have deeply connected her to the gentle plant medicine cacao. In ceremonial settings she serves the sacred “Gift of gods” and guides her clients back to their hearts with love.
