    In this episode, Jordan Paris took a step away from his typical discussions about business but shared his typical 22 year old day to day life beyond being a successful entrepreneur. Jordan Paris also talked about his podcast Growth Mindset University and how he helped other businesses, entrepreneurs, and podcasts grow.

    Jordan Paris earned and gained over 70 online clients with his small web development agency that elevates the branding of small businesses so that they come across as Fortune 500 companies. In September of 2017, he was published in Men’s Health twice, and even two more times over the next few months. In March of 2018, he started the Growth Mindset University podcast. at the age of 20, he wrote Growth Mindset University, published and available on Amazon.

    In this episode, Lance and Shay Rowbottom talk about how human beings adapt to our environment and get through any kind of situation life throws at us. Shay shared that being aware and getting over the victim mentality can help uplift ourselves and is a step forward in honoring our own selves. Lastly, Shay also discuss several techniques on how to make great videos to post on social media and shared through her experience on how to deal with haters.

    Shay originally dropped out of college to pursue her aspirations of becoming a musician, and after years of struggling to make it she found herself dissatisfied with her progress in the entertainment industry. She came across an opportunity with her life and business partner, Luke Marlowe, to learn viral video editing for large blogs on Facebook. Shay now has her own marketing firm, Rowbottom Marketing, that helped dozens of brands generate significant revenue on social media and position themselves as experts in their industry.

    106. Ben Angel - How to Become Unstoppable Oct 04, 2019

    In this episode, Lance and Ben Angel talk about how mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression are triggered by unheatlhy eating, lifestyle and by food allergies. Ben, specifically shared his experience with coffee and how it impacted him in a negative way when he drank it. Ben also discussed deep sleep, he explained how important sleep is to our bodies and shared situations on how our bodies react when our mind does not get enough deep sleep.

    Ben Angel, is a best-selling author and is Australia’s leading authority in the marketing industry. He founded benangel.co, a site dedicated to providing entrepreneurs advanced online marketing course and education that is easy-to-apply and easy-to-understand strategies for reaching our customers. In his latest book, he chronicles his journey to overcome a debilitating bought with fatigue that threatened to end his career and irreparably affect the quality of his life. As he searched for some answers to the cause of this mysterious exhaustion, doctors were unable to get to the root of his problem, and came to the frustrating conclusion “You are tired, because you are depressed”, while Angel’s thoughts were just the opposite. He was depressed because he was always tired. Clearly he knew he needed to be proactive in looking in a different direction if he was going to find a way back to good health. The results of his quest comprise the basis for Unstoppable.
