Show notes

So after 5 weeks, with all the information we have, are we sure the Browns aren't the best team in the division?

Baker Mayfield said on Friday he was confused why it didn't work out in Cleveland. Are you?

Are the 49ers the undisputed best team in football right now? The Browns are going to find out on Sunday.

How did Deshaun Watson, Myles Garrett & Kevin Stefanski grade over the Browns first four games? Oct 06, 2023

Show notes

After the Cleveland Browns fell to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, certain players on the team expressed some frustration to Jason Lloyd that Deshaun Watson didn't end up playing, despite being medically cleared.

Kevin Stefanski said on Monday it was Dsehaun's choice to sit, but Andrew Berry said on Wednesday it was a team organization.

Jason is back on the show today so we ask him: is it fair for the players to be upset? And is this just a minor thing based off how last week went or is it the sign of something much bigger?

Plus, a deep dive into the Browns offensive line struggles. Some of the numbers are even worse than you can think, including some very telling stats about Jed Wills & Dawand Jones.

A NFL edition of "Keep, Cut, Trade" based off 2023 and 2023 only.

Plus, former boxing champ Shawn "Showtime" Porter comes back on the show to discuss his Browns and how he sees the rest of the season playing out.

Plus, at 12:30 ET, we hop over to WKYC-TV (Channel 3) for 30 minutes of brand new Browns content.

The Cleveland Browns have fans EVERYWHERE, even in AUSTRALIA. UCSS gets first international guest Oct 05, 2023

Show notes

The Cleveland Browns are near the bottom in the league in both giveaways and takeaways this season. Turnovers have not been this team's friend though four games, as proven by the fact despite the team's 2-2 record, it is 0-4 in terms of winning the turnover battle.

Andrew Berry stressed the importance of that facet of football at his annual "State of the Browns" address on Wednesday and now it's time for Kevin Stefanski, Deshaun Watson & company to make it happen on the field.

When the Browns 2023 schedule first came out, most of the UCSS panel hated the early, Week 5 bye. However, fast forward to reality, and the Week 5 bye week might be a saving grace for the franchise.

The Browns linebackers were a major area of concern entering the season, but thus far, JOK, Anthony Walker Jr. & Sione TakiTaki have proven to be more than capable at the position. Is this the Jim Schwartz effect, or just players simply staying healthy?

Aditi Kinkhabwala & Chris Rose both join the program in the second hour of the show to talk some Browns.

Plus, the guys play a round of "Contender or Pretender" with some Super Bowl hopefuls.

BEHIND THE GLASS - Deshaun Watson vs. Kevin Stefanski vs. Andrew Berry + Cavs Media Day BTS Stories & RIDICULOUS Fan… Oct 04, 2023

Show notes

Andrew Berry spoke to the media Wednesday as he gave his yearly bye week State of the Browns press conference. Berry said the Browns' top priority is to secure the football and stop having so many turnovers. The Browns have turned the ball over TEN times while losing the turnover battle in all four games. Andrew Berry also said that Deshaun Watson not playing on Sunday was a team decision, which is the opposite of what Kevin Stefanski told the media on Monday. Is their discord and disconnect in Berea between the levels of the franchise?

UCSS had exclusive access at Cavs media day and McNuggets & Earl share some behind the scenes stories about the chaos that ensued.

Plus, Bull offers Anthony the worst fantasy trade ever.'

The BTG guys answer some viewer questions as well.

PFF Grades: See which Cleveland Browns players graded well against the Ravens & who graded out AWFUL Oct 04, 2023

Show notes

Just 48 hours after Kevin Stefanski told the media Deshaun Watson was medically cleared to play against the Ravens but opted not to, Cleveland Browns GM Andrew Berry is set to speak publicly for the first time this season.

Berry's press conference is set for 10 am this morning, and the guys will be giving their instant thoughts on everything he says, including the handling of his star QB's injured shoulder.

On Tuesday's show, we had lead PFF analyst Sam Monson on to explain how PFF calculates its grades. With that knowledge in mind, we put the guys to the test to see if they can figure out how well certain Browns players scored against Baltimore.

Is Grant Delpit the best safety in football right now? Tyvis Powell makes the case for the Browns stud in the secondary.

Plus, is Terry Francona the best manager in Cleveland Guardians/Indians history?

Leroy Hoard also makes his weekly appearance on the show, and we may have a special guest as well (fingers crossed).
