Donny is joined by Syrus Yarbrough of MTV's "The Challenge: All Stars" and "The Real World: Boston." He discusses what it was like to be back on The Challenge, why some people can't leave the game in the game, and why he doesn't regret anything about his elimination. He also touches on "bad edits" and how the world has changed (and stayed the same) since he was originally on the Real World.

Call Donny "Little Caesar" from now on, because these topics are HOT and READY today, and Donny wastes no time jumping into the entertainment news from the week! Touching primarily on Caitlyn Jenner running for California Governor and Demi Lovato vs. The Big Chill, he takes a moment to praise Freeform for the premiere of "Cruel Summer" (even though he can't talk about it much because he doesn't want to spoil it). Things take a particularly chaotic turn when Donny tries to discuss the Oscars.
Then, Robert Ri'chard (Cousin Skeeter, House of Wax) joins Donny to discuss which show of his he'd love to reboot, what it's like having to get naked for so many of his roles, growing up on camera, and what the entertainment industry can do to protect child actors in the future.

Donny is back for another reality retrospective of "The Real World: San Francisco," and to discuss this unfortunately Puck-heavy episode, he is joined by Semajh (@semajwithanh) from the "Me I Am: Cancelled!" podcast,
Semajh wastes no time in shocking Donny with his favorite cast members (RACHEL?! RACHEL!?), but they can safely agree on the fact that they would not be able to stomach Puck's odor and that boxcar racing is only something that the Little Rascals should be doing.
But more than Puck's homophobia... more than his lack of manners or personal hygiene, what bothers Donny most this episode is Puck's opinion on "Beverly Hills: 90210." He can put up with a lot, but this will not be tolerated!

After walking 1.5 miles and braving Black Friday-like conditions at Walgreens to fetch his husband some Cadbury Creme Eggs, Donny is back and home and ready to attempt to watch the John Legend "Jesus Christ Superstar" special - until something goes wrong, that is. Something is bound to go wrong.
Then, he chats with Hannah A. Brown (@hannahabrown) - the best Hannah Brown you've never heard of - about the 1995 hit "Now and Then," and they their best to answer the hard questions: in what world does Christina Ricci grow up to be Rosie O'Donnell? Why were these girls friends with Chrissy? Was Roberta a lesbian? HOW DID DEAR JOHNNY DIE? They also discuss what season this movie "feels" like and touch on the fact that Donny's grandmother may or may not be locked in his basement.
Donny ends the episode with Christina Anthony of ABC's "Mixed-ish," and they discuss her (NINETY MINUTE!) journey to getting the role and what it's like being in a show about the 80's with kids who weren't alive in the 80's! They also touch on the difference from going from high comedy to emotional scenes and end their time together manifesting a future for Christina in the Marvel universe as the first voluptuous, wig-wearing super hero (or Auntie! She's not picky!)

REALITY RETROSPECTIVE - The Real World: San Francisco, Ep. 2 (w/ Kendrick Tucker of "Me & You, The Housewives, & Marvel Too") Apr 02, 2021

This week, Donny is joined by Kendrick Tucker of "Me & You, The Housewives, and Marvel Too" (@housewivesmarvelpodcast) to discuss episode 2 of "The Real World: San Francisco." It's another 21 minutes of... practically nothing, but Donny & Kendrick somehow fill a half hour breaking it down.
Before getting into the episode, they have to touch on the news story that is shocking (but also not) everyone - the Jen Shah & Stuart scam. Once they get that out of their system, they move on to other unlikeable jail birds: Puck. Puck's lack of manners makes up most of the episode, and when his barnyard-like behavior ISN'T filling the episode, the scenes revolve around Rachel's lack of a soul.
Pedro continues to be great, Mohammed continues to get phone calls, and next week Cory cries about being a white woman! We love to see it.

After taking a week off for his birthday (and because he couldn't find a celebrity guest because everyone is giving birth, Donny is BACK and ready to jump in head first.
Before bringing out Taria S. Faison (@weigopodcast), he catches up on all of the programming he's watched while on hiatus: Netflix's "A Week Away," which is basically just "Camp Rock" with Jesus and without the Jonas Brothers, Caitlyn Jenner's abysmal performance on "The Masked Singer," and the Tina Turner documentary on HBO - it was incredible, and Donny won't rest until his walls are plastered in old Tina Turner photoshoots.
Then, Donny and Taria discuss Netflix's current #1 streamed show, "Ginny & Georgia," and it's NOT the Gilmore Girls replica Donny expected it to be. It's fresh, it's relevant, and it dives deep into topics such as race, sexuality, abuse, self-harm, among so much more. Taria brings up the Taylor Swift controversy surrounding the show, and the two weigh in.

TGIF! Donny decided it's been a long time since Fridays meant quality programming, so he chose to bring you bonus episodes every Friday.
That's right - starting today, he's releasing a "Reality Retrospective" where he'll dive into an old season of reality TV past. In honor of Paramount+ releasing (most) of the seasons of "The Real World," he's starting with season 3 of the story of seven strangers picked to live in a house... you know the rest.

It's an action packed episode full of Scream Queens and the Queen Bee of Broadway!
First, Donny chats with Amanda Page (@itsallhappeningx) of "It's All Happening with Amanda" about the two-season horror comedy, "Scream Queens." They touch on the issue with Ryan Murphy's writing, the hits and misses of "Glee," needing a break from Lea Michele, and Amanda teaches Donny some little known cultural references from the show. They also touch on... a lot of other stuff: "Pretty Little Liars," Taylor Lautner, being afraid of the dark, and which iconic demonic landmark Amanda's grandmother lived near.
Then, Donny is joined by Taylor Louderman, star of Broadway's "Mean Girls" and NBC's "Kenan." The two discuss how she prepared for her role on the sitcom, what she's most excited for this season, and the fact that being overly-driven isn't a bad thing (someone tell Donny's husband!) "Valentine" with Quinten Lamar featuring Amanda Bertoncini from Bravo's "Princesses: Long Island" Feb 15, 2021

Roses are red, violets are blue, throw some rose petals on the bed, big boy, because it's a Valentine's Day special, and if you miss this one, everyone will talk about you!
Donny starts by recapping the Valentine's Semi-Finals special of "The Masked Dancer", and breaks down why athletes should not be allowed on celebrity dancing shows. He also shares his grievances about the last installment of "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" and makes a case as to why it was unnecessary because of its similarities to another piece of cinematic history.
Then, Donny's Valentine, Quinten Lamar (@quintenlamar), is in the house to discuss the 2001 slasher, "Valentine." It's not long before Donny realizes Quinten has nothing good to say about the movie, but that doesn't stop them from dissecting the movie scene-by-scene.
The episode ends with "Princesses: Long Island" star Amanda Bertoncini (@therealamandab_), who brings along her boyfriend Steve, the other half of this power couple. Amanda gives the inside scoop of her time on the show, Steve dishes on his celebrity feud, and together, they offer ideas for fun dates and ways that couples can stay sane during quarantine.

He's then joined by Carlee Paris and Callie Pillow, hosts of Killer Society Podcast (@killersocietypodcast) to break down the 20/20 special "The List: Who Killed Jon Benet?" They share their theories going into the special (spoiler alert: it's Burke) and if the special taught them anything (it didn't) and if they changed their thinking about the case (surprisingly, yes). They also discuss which celebrities look like they're made for solving infamous cold cases.
The episode wraps up with an interview with author Kosoko Jackson (@kosokojackson), whose debut novel "Yesterday is History" is out now.
