Another special episode with my good friend Blake Bars, the General Manager of Nature’s Pantry, my hometown health foods store. I remember meeting Blake when he started working there and his health and his growth as a human being have been amazing to watch. Blake is now a leader in his community but it always wasn’t that way. Like myself when he was young he was always getting into trouble. I found out that Blake just got caught a lot more than I did and was surprised to learn that he was an alcoholic from 16 -28 years old. Blake turned that all around and now he is helping others do the same. My props to Blake and all he has accomplished. I hope this episode inspires you to live a vibrant life and if you're currently dealing with drug addiction there is hope. Seek help and get plugged into a loving support group. You're worth it!

This episode is very special to me because our special guest Nick Craciun, started his journey using some of our detox and nutrition products and following some of what I share in our group coaching community weekly webinars. Since that time Nick has lost 60 pounds, eliminated his anxiety, and become a tremendously good parent to his 12-year-old daughter. Nick is a working-class machine fabricator that works 10 hour days and now with his newfound energy not only is he a great parent he also started his own website and podcast to educate others on what he has learned that has worked so well for him. Nick is all about helping other people ignite the Health Hero inside of them and that is why I felt He would be a perfect fit for this show.

Doing some outreach calls to new clients I met Cody Smith. Cody is a Navy Veteran that went for a relaxing motorcycle ride and a week or so later woke up in a hospital with his body ripped apart and no use of his legs. His wife who was also a navy veteran was 5 months pregnant at the time. Cody sent me some pics of the accident he was in and a long text about what happened. He was very lucky to be alive and had to completely reinvent himself. His story of overcoming adversity is inspiring and I hope you will share it with others especially if they are depressed or suicidal… it could save them. Love & Light -Coach Tim.

Many people I have coached have found themselves completely disconnected from Nature. From the air they breathe to the water they drink to the food they eat most of them are not getting what nature intended. That is why they are unhealthy and unhappy. Once I start pointing out to them that they don't live with nature that “THEY ARE NATURE” and break down why usually a light bulb goes off and with their new belief system they start the process of change.

Episode #91 Undercover Amazon Employee Tells All Nov 22, 2021

For years I have been pissed off about Amazon getting government subsidies for shipping their packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Basically, we taxpayers pay $1.46 of Amazon's shipping costs which means scumbag politicians and big corporations once again are screwing the working-class people. This also gives them an unfair advantage in the marketplace. Then I heard that Amazon was so hell-bent on getting packages out fast that they were basically forcing their drivers to urinate and defecate in bottles and bags in their delivery trucks! Also inside the warehouse workers were treated like slaves and pretty much no one is happy working there so that means they are all lowering their immune systems with stress and dissatisfaction. When one of my clients who works for Amazon started giving me the inside scoop I knew I had to tell people about this so that everyone will STOP BUYING THROUGH AMAZON. Every dollar you send their way is a vote against your fellow working-class citizen and the destruction of our quality for life. Use Amazon as a search engine if you want but then please go directly to the manufacturer, buy direct, and happily pay to ship and wait a damn day or two extra.
