Hello Health Heroes!

Now that you have listened to Episode #131 which is all about “What” Ayahuasca is and “How” it works and the best way to experience it, now it's time to tell you about my actual experience. Going into this journey I was very clear on my intentions of what I wanted to get out of it. Since I was given away at birth I had some detachment issues that I believed trickled into my romantic relationships with women and I wanted to heal that piece of me. I was also a little burnt out trying to save the world from all their health issues since I had been putting out a lot of effort for 9 years with no real financial return. Yes, I had changed thousands of lives but I was struggling financially. After my Ayahuasca journey everything changed for me, not just the finances. Just listening to these episodes again as I put them together for you I remembered and received a huge spiritual lift to take my message out to the world in a big way! Blank was trained in EMF’s by his father Dr. Martin Blank who was an EMF health expert. HIs father actually was taught in school that EMF’s would cause no harm to humans and when he became a professor he was actually teaching that to his students at the university. Then his father met Dr. Reba Goodman who shed light on the deception and his father went on a deep dive to find the truth. What he found led him to becoming one of the foremost experts on EMF and Health. As a young child R. Blank was taught about the dangers of EMF’s from his father and when he grew into adulthood he and his father wrote the book “Overpowered”. R. Blank’s father has passed away but his mission continues on in his son. It’s a miracle that Courtenay Turner is even alive. If it were not for someone at the hospital misreading her mothers labs they would have chosen to end her life by abortion due to some complications. Luckily for her and the rest of the world, she made it! Due to those complications, Courtenay suffered as a child with learning and physical disabilities. She then turned to movement as her medicine and became a gymnast, dancer, aerial acrobat, CrossFit athlete, and actress. Her story is amazing, and I hope it conveys the message that if parents want healthy babies, they must be healthy themselves first. Her story also points out that no matter what cards in life you have been dealt, the quality of your life depends on how you “respond’ to those challenges. Quite a few years ago when I first started helping people with their health I ran into a lovely couple and the wife had some serious health concerns. She started detoxing, juicing, eating living foods and creating an optimal environment for her to heal herself so she could live a happy life. Well, all of what I shared with her did help a great deal but she just couldn’t get back to 100%. That’s when I asked her if she had breast implants and she did. They had been in her breasts for 17 years. I handed her a book by Dr. Susan Kolb called “The Naked Truth About Breast Implants”. She read it and long story short, she got the implants removed and about a year later had a full restoration of her health. I learned then how terrible breast implants are for women and have been on a mission to help women avoid getting them and find a good doc to help them remove them if they already had them. I was very excited to interview Sarah Phillipe who also had implants, got them out and now is helping other women do the same. This is a must share episode for any woman with implants or considering implants.

Fifty years ago very few people had hormone imbalances, now over half of us are dealing with symptoms that drastically reduce our quality of life. When our hormones are not working properly this can lead to poor sleep, auto immune issues, weight gain and lowered sex drive to name a few. So having your hormones balanced is a big deal when it comes to waking up and feeling good. In this episode I interviewed Karen Martel, who is a health coach that after childbirth started gaining weight and having a hard time sleeping. Over the years she figured out that it was her hormones that were the main culprit. Karen has a lot of experience with hormone imbalances herself and she has coached many people through the process of getting their hormones back to normal.
