    Tim Conway Jr. on Demand

Tim Conway Jr. can be heard live Monday–Friday from 6pm–10pm on KFI AM 640 and everywhere on the iHeartRadio App.

Follow the show on socials @ConwayShow.

Tim Conway Jr. brings his signature humor to breaking news, Los Angeles current events, Orange County stories, Riverside County headlines, the Inland Empire, live police chases, freeway traffic, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, the big sports stories of the day, politics, gambling, and everything happening across Southern California. With his finger on the pulse of what’s happening in SoCal and beyond, Conway delivers funny, fast-moving talk radio every weeknight on KFI AM 640.

Heard by listeners across the country and around the world on the iHeartRadio App, Conway’s humor, storytelling, and take on the current news of the day connect with audiences far beyond Southern California. His perspective is local, but his comedy, curiosity, and down-to-earth view of life translate across cultures, communities, and languages.

Tim Conway Jr. was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of iconic comedy legend Tim Conway of The Carol Burnett Show. He spent his childhood around Santa Anita, Hollywood Park, and Del Mar Racetracks with his father, four younger brothers, and older sister — experiences that helped shape his humor, storytelling, and down-to-earth perspective on life.

During his early career, Conway produced his own internet radio show and, thanks to its popularity, was offered the opportunity to host a talk show on 97.1 KLSX-FM. Over twelve successful years, his show became famous across Southern California for entertaining topics, live police chases, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, sports, and current events with a twist of humor. In 2009, when KLSX switched to an all-music format, Conway joined KFI AM 640, continuing to bring listeners his unique comedic perspective on breaking news, politics, gambling, history, sports, entertainment, and life in SoCal.

Throughout his career, Conway has been featured on Fox 11, CBS, NBC, and ABC, and has received numerous industry honors including a Golden Mic Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, and a Marconi Award nomination for Personality of the Year. When he’s not entertaining listeners, Conway enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local charities, and hanging out at the racetracks.

It’s Friday Night — Get a Real Lime, It’s Sublime for Margarita Time! Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 1 (7.24)

Take a shot or spark up — it’s Friday, y’all! Andy was back at KTLA at another stupid-early call time, and his makeup artist had to airbrush him at point-blank range just to get him on air. Traffic queen Angel Martinez takes a well-deserved shot at men who drive Porsche Boxsters (it’s a chick car, and she said what she said). Another water main has burst, this time in the heart of Hollywood, while the giant one in West Hollywood is finally being plugged up so the Sunset Strip can reopen. Is this heatwave making LA’s 100-year-old pipes explode? We also get the latest from downtown on day 4 of the D4vd murder hearing in the killing of teenage Celeste Rivas. KFI reporter John Fink calls in live from San Diego Comic-Con 2026, where Johnny Depp showed up in character to promote his film Ebenezer and Fink bumped into another John — Cena. Andy plays some of President Trump’s remarks from tonight’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, then rolls into the TalkBacks as listeners are clearly already in full Friday-night mode. Andy admits he’s more of a drinker than a toker.

Drink Some Wader, Youse Guys — LeBron is Pulling a Reverse Fresh Prince and Headed to Philly! Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 2 (7.24)

LeBron James is packing his bags for Philly — don’t let the door hit you on the way out, King. We also check in on Big Bear’s favorite bald eagles: Will Jackie recover from her injuries, and has a billionaire stepped in to protect their habitat for good? Plus, more love for internet star Jimothy the raccoon.

It’s so hot in the Valley it felt like a Midwest summer day. In Santa Monica, the longtime Montessori School is closing after decades to make way for Alpha School, an AI-powered campus that replaces human teachers with artificial intelligence.

KTLA photojournalist Meredith Gunning, a true East Coaster, joins Andy on the phone and reveals she ripped her shirt like a pro wrestler when she heard LeBron is heading to the 76ers. Crozier, a 38-year KFI veteran, looks back on working the air during the 1992 LA Riots.

And in a free-speech controversy, a hot mic caught Sacramento Mayor Kevin McCarty and Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes privately discussing whether they can permanently ban disruptive speakers from public meetings.

The Robot Apocalypse is Upon Us Thanks to AI Slop and Human Laziness Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 3 (7.24)

Andy is still impressed by how good Waymo’s self-driving cars really are — the first time he rode one in San Francisco, the vehicle pulled over and a remote voice came through the speakers because a passenger wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. It leaves us wondering if Waymos also use remote drivers the way some driverless fleets in Las Vegas do. Andy rants about AI’s effect on the brain: Google now pushes Gemini answers to the top of every search with zero context, and the real robot apocalypse isn’t Terminator-style robots — it’s us lazily handing over our autonomy. The flood of AI-generated slop online is only getting worse.

Then it’s time for Andy’s favorite game, Solo to Solo (DJ Greasefire style), where he plays the isolated guitar solo from a classic track and listeners call in to guess the song and artist. First up is a retired pilot calling from LAX who still drives for Uber and admits to drinking on the job — maybe we should set him up with that earlier caller who doesn’t drink, claims she’s not boring, and has a cracking body.

Comic-Con is Cooking Under This SoCal Heatwave — Imagine the Nerd Stank Jul 25, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 4 (7.24)

Things are popping off at Comic-Con as KFI reporter John Fink checks in live from San Diego — he caught a surprise single-song Green Day pop-up, sat in on the “Blade Runner 2099” panel (which feels a little too prophetic with all the AI talk), and still has Comedy Nerds Unite and an Adult Swim party on his schedule.

LeBron James is officially out of LA and headed to the Philadelphia 76ers — safe travels, King, and don’t let the door hit you. Up in Big Bear, everyone’s still rooting for Jackie the bald eagle as she recovers from her injuries, and there’s word a billionaire may have stepped in to protect their nesting habitat for good. After that, internet star Jimothy the long-legged raccoon takes over.

In Santa Monica, the decades-old Montessori School is closing to make way for Alpha School, an AI-powered campus that replaces human teachers with artificial intelligence. KTLA photojournalist Meredith Gunning, a true East Coaster, joins Andy on the phone and reveals she ripped her shirt off like a pro wrestler when she heard LeBron was going to Philly. Crozier, a 38-year KFI veteran, looks back on what it was like working the airwaves during the chaos of the 1992 LA Riots.

Is Grumpy Shadow Cheating on Jackie with a Slutty Sub Eagle?? Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 1 (7.23) \

It’s day 4 of Andy Riesmeyer is filling in for Tim Conway Jr. tonight, and it’s day 3 of the D4vd murder hearing. The singer is accused of killing underage girl Celeste Rivas while allegedly having a sexual relationship with her. KTLA’s Rachel Menitoff calls in live from the courthouse with the latest from today’s testimony. Andy’s been up since 5 a.m. for his KTLA entertainment segment — he loves the makeup chair but still has to style his own pompadour.

We check in on bald eagle Jackie, currently recovering after a gang of eagles jumped her, while her mate Shadow has been spotted with a young female that may have been part of the attack. Earlier on TV, Andy interviewed “Young Guns” star Lou Diamond Phillips ahead of the 40th anniversary of “La Bamba,” plus a chat with teenage Utah band Driff Wood.

In the Land of Botox and Facelifts, LA’s Graffiti Towers is Getting a Makeover Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 2 (7.23)

Andy is joined live by House Whisperer Dean Sharp, the KFI home designer who’s breaking down current home trends and helping people decide when it’s time to renovate. It’s all about finding your X-factor and expressing yourself through design — that’s when Dean goes to work.

Is “The Big Lebowski” the greatest LA-centric movie ever made? Andy and Crozier might just agree on that one. Dean also shares a little tip on how to sound convincingly Russian, while Andy digs into how to stay current with architectural trends and which design elements actually stand the test of time.

Meanwhile, LA’s famous “Graffiti Towers” skyscraper is finally getting a long-overdue scrubbing. And the TalkBacks keep rolling in with the eternal debate: is it “Eagles” or “The Eagles”? Drop the definite article and you’ll either make Don Henley happy or sound Russian.

We’re Going Down in a Blaze of Glory — But Not if It’s Too Loud at Sephora Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 3 (7.23)

Andy’s in-studio guest is KTLA entertainment producer Christine Samra, who starts her day at 5 a.m. working alongside Andy on TV and is also a highly experienced traffic reporter — a true woman of many talents. She was thrilled to have Lou Diamond Phillips at the station today. Christine half-jokingly calls herself the “personality hire” at KTLA (we’re fine with it), and she and Andy dig into their chat with Phillips, who looked back on filming the ’80s Western classic Young Guns with Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, and Dermot Mulroney.

Traffic experts Angel Martinez and Christine compare notes on the trickiest spots in LA for live traffic reports. In other news, stores like Sephora are turning the music down — not because of older shoppers, but because younger, often neurodivergent customers are asking for less sensory overload. Andy takes a quick trip down memory lane to his Abercrombie & Fitch days and takes a few shots at podcast stereotypes.

And the latest homeless count in Los Angeles is up about 3.4%, back to 2024 levels, despite tens of millions spent — Mayor Karen Bass is pointing the finger at the Trump administration.

The Eagles of Death Metal — And Don’t Bet on Drake! Jul 24, 2026
    Show notes

The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour with Andy Riesmeyer Hour 4 (7.23)

KTLA’s Rachel Menitoff calls in live with the latest on day 3 of the D4vd murder hearing — and it’s as grim as it gets. Singer David Burke remains in court as prosecutors continue laying out the case in the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The details are not for the faint of heart.

Andy rolls into TalkBacks and the calls are flying: Is Shadow the eagle really flying between multiple nests in Big Bear like some kind of avian player? And the eternal debate rages on — is it “Eagles” or “The Eagles”?

In-studio guest KTLA entertainment producer Christine Samra joins Andy to break down the so-called “Drake Curse” — why is the multimillionaire always crying and losing big bets? There’s even a website dedicated to it (thedrakecurse.com), and the internet’s advice is simple: Bet the opposite of whatever Drake does.

More with Christine as they discuss William Shatner, who recently revealed he’s been quietly battling stage IV cancer for years while his daughter Melanie fought stage IV breast cancer at the same time.
