    This Spiritual Fix

What meditation works for you? What is it like to do tantra? How do you best communicate with a loved one? Kristina Wiltsee & Anna Stromquist are two best friends on a quest to try all things spiritual in order to attain enlightenment — or just stay sane while juggling a lot on their plates. Their internationally recognized podcast hits close to home for many people who are struggling for peace amidst the pain of trauma, emotional wounds, and neurodivergent brains. As we uncover deeper layers of ourselves, they teach, with humor, that there is nothing to fix – just more of us to love.

Season 4: Second Chakra (Integration of the Multidimensional Self & The Father Wound)

Season 5: Third Chakra (Growing Up and the Money Wound)

    4.13 The Father Wound - Part 1 [Access & Awareness] Aug 02, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, Kristina and Anna discuss the personal and spiritual Father Wound. The Father archetype provides the child with identity, value, and power. When the Father denies his gifts, the wound shows up as a betrayal and misguidance (self-rejection & self-sabotage). This is an important conversation to digest, for anyone who has felt betrayed or misguided by their personal father, or the Judeo-Christian religions.

Beloved listener, please note, that this episode is an example of the shadow work steps of i) access and ii)awareness. Tune in next week when we cover iii) process and iv) remembrance to help bring us closer to healing this wound.

    Anna’s Strategy for IFS:

    1) Establish a yes/no system

    2) Put yourself into alpha

    3) Take Four Sheets of Paper and Label them: Primary Influencers, Secondary Influences, etc.

    4) Using yes/no establish how many clusters are primary influencers, then secondary, etc.

    5) When addressing a cluster ask how many pods are in the cluster.

    6) Address the protectors (managers & firefighters) first and then the exile within each pod.

    7) After the entire cluster has been addressed, have all those parts do ho’oponopono to each other.
