    In this episode, Jacquelyn Ogorchukwu Iyamah, a designer, author, and cultural worker, discusses her work to create space for communities of color in order to heal from racism and white supremacy.

    Iyamah shares how her background in social welfare led her to a deeper into understanding of how systems of oppression impact emotional well-being. We discuss her upcoming book, Racial Wellness, and explore the need for more inclusive, comprehensive conversations about race in psychology, social welfare, and wellness spaces.
