In beginning, you ate less, trained harder, and lost weight. And it really worked for you at the start! .... am I right?

But, for most of us, that beginning period doesn’t last - we start to see that our amazing bodies and physiology are complex

We realize that what worked in our training and health before might not work now...

We aren’t getting the results we want and we have no energy, our hormones are screwed, and we've put on weight

Jess Ash is the queen of helping women learn how to work with their bodies

She recently did a Youtube series on "Hormonally Respectful Fat Loss" (if you haven't watched it, you need to!).

So, I had to get her on the podcast to talk about how you lose fat is a hormonally respectful fat loss

This was the first time she's spoken about this very important topic on a podcast.

Here's a short and sweet overview of the key things we chat about:

    • Why do the words we use matter
    • What does hormonally respectful fat loss mean
    • How do I know if my body is healthy
    • Why is having a healthy body important for fat loss
    • How do I create stability in my body
    • What is fat? And why do we need it
    • Why losing fat is hard
    • How do I lose fat mass in a healthy, sustainable way
