    Show notes

    Episode Notes

On Monday I am releasing episode 100!! I’m also close to reaching a very cool business goal I’ve been working towards for years.

This got me thinking about pride (and why we aren’t good at celebrating ourselves).

Do you pause and acknowledge yourself for your hard work and wins. Do you celebrate yourself?

In today's episode, I talk about why we need to be proud of ourselves AND the importance of celebrating our hard work.

I also talk about how we can be proud of ourselves AND hold this belief that we can do better.

    Go celebrate yourself!
