The Awethentic Path is Launching with Guy Macpherson, PhD Dec 01, 2023
    Show notes

What are my values and am I living them on a daily basis?
    What are my goals?
What if I don't even have any goals?
Am I leading a courageous life?
Why is this so friggin' hard?
    Am I challenging myself?
Am I being true to myself? To the one's I love?
    So many amazing questions.
If you're like me, you find these inspiring, too! I hope this finds you well.
What I'm writing here has been a long time coming and I'm excited to share it with you.
I've always been inspired by the courageous journey's of my guests.
It's why I focus on that during my interviews.
My experience these past several years in doing The Trauma Therapist Podcast coupled with my own journey (read: creating my own business, two amazing kiddos, moving from California to Oregon, divorce, stumbling, stumbling, swimming, sinking and on and on!) has led me to create a brand new project that celebrates the realistic journey of each of our lives.
It's called--The Awethentic Path. It's about recognizing the ups and downs and, the "Oh my God, life is amazing!" moments, and also the "Holy crap, why is this happening to me?" times, but having an incredible support system there to help you get through it all.
The Awethentic Path is a community crafted with a passion for empowering us on our journey to becoming our best selves.
It's also a commitment to support, encourage, and challenge each other to go for it. Self-Help books are great.
But having someone there to listen and support us along the way is oftentimes a hell of a lot more empowering!
The Awethentic Path is here to provide the cheering section you need, reminding you of your ability and strength to overcome challenges. What's included:

    • Monthly meet-ups: Each month we'll come together over Zoom and share our journeys, be in each other's company, and offer and receive support and encouragement from one other.
    • Private Facebook Group: Here is where we can meet day-to-day and share incredible resources, inspirational moments, and even ask each other for some words of encouragement.
    • Monthly Talks: Each month I'll invite a guest--an author, a speaker, an incredible and inspiring person-- to join us and share with the group for an inspiring Q & A.
    • The Awethentic Podcast: Coming soon! (And yes, as a member, you'll be able to join me on the podcast!)
When we're launching: December 31st, 2023. Learn more by clicking here: The Awethentic Path
