Carlos Reyes: All In Nation Apr 05, 2021

Carlos Reyes came to the country illegally as a little boy and was raised by a single mom. His mom worked 2 jobs both paying $8.25 an hour to raise 3 kids. He later became a US citizen, thanks to his mother’s effort. He then decided to quit a 14 year corporate job in 2015 to pursue the dream of building his own Real Estate investment company. With the help of his partner Sal Shakir, the company has scaled quickly to be a real estate powerhouse consistently producing 6 figures every single month in multiple markets. Carlos Reyes also owns another 25 businesses which 7 of them are grossing 7 figures per year. Carlos recently purchased a 1 acre estate in Glendale, Arizona where he, his wife and 2 daughters reside. Carlos and his family are now truly living the American Dream.
RJ Bates III and Cassi DeHaas met Carlos, Sal and Alex Saenz bacjk in 2016 and have been good friends ever since. In this episode of The Titanium Vault podcast, RJ and Carlos discuss their entrepreneur journey and how similar they have been. How Investors Should Use Opendoor Mar 19, 2021

As a real estate investor, do you view Opendoor as a competitor or someone that you can leverage to your advantage? See, Opendoor has a very specific system that they follow on every single house they purchase. It misses one key element that we can capitalize on and Opendoor will never be able to match, human interaction. Opendoor's system is to have the motivated seller enter their information into their website and then wait for 24 hours to speak to a real person. That being said, investors should always have the advantage over Opendoor when it comes to solving motivated seller's problems and ultimately buy their house. However, Opendoor needs to buy houses and I have found out they love buying houses from ME! Opendoor is not competition, they are an additional exit strategy for real estate investors. Learn how I leverage Opendoor and sell them properties without doing any work and maximize my profits.

Case Study: Subject 2 Rental in Alaska Feb 25, 2021

In today's case study with RJ Bates III, he analyzes how Titanium Investments just purchased a new rental property subject to the existing mortgage in Anchorage, Alaska. The lead came from their motivated seller website in Alaska hosted by Carrot. RJ immediately responded to the lead and discovered the seller's motivation was due to his ensuing divorce. He was able to solve the seller's problem by buying the property subject to the existing mortgage and now gets to add a rental property to his Anchorage, Alaska portfolio.

What I Learned from Snowmageddon 2021 Feb 18, 2021

So, for those of you that may be unaware, we experienced a once in a lifetime winter storm here in Fort Worth, Texas. We had record low temperatures and received anywhere from 6 to 12 inches of snow. Our infrastructure here in Texas was not equipped well enough to handle the stress on our power grid and water systems. In turn, we ended up being without electricity, cell service, internet and water for several days across the DFW metroplex. In this video, I breakdown some of the lessons I learned both personally and for my business from Snowmageddon 2021!
