3 Questions to Find the Right Fit for Your Practice's Leadership Positions May 05, 2023
    Show notes

Today, I want to talk about something critical to your practice's success: your people.
You likely have some fantastic folks working in your office, but are they in the right roles?
Here are three questions you need to ask about every member of your team:
    - Do they want it?
    - Are they a cultural fit?
    - Do they have the capacity?
Take a moment to write down your leadership positions, then ask yourself those three questions for each person in those roles.
If the answer to all three is yes, you have the right person in the right seat. If not, it's time to reassess and potentially make changes.
But ultimately, having the right people in the right roles is essential to the long-term success of your practice.
So take some time this week to do a little reflection and make sure your team is positioned for success.
    Key Takeaways

    - 3 questions to ask about your people (00:27)

    - Who is the best person for every role in your practice (03:11)

    - Get the right people in the right seats (03:25)
