We have SO much Canes content on the plate this week, and we start with rumors that both FSU and Clemson have been sent packing by both the Big10 and the SEC. And with that rumor comes another that the Big 12 is looking to poach up to six schools from the ACC and we break down some of the more intriguing matchups from that possibility. And just how big can a conference get in all this realignment? And with Cam Ward talking trash to Shedeur Sanders, we love that he's already adopted that Canes-edge.

Miami rolled out the new uniforms, including the "black out" jersey, and no one seems to care because recently we've lost in every uniform! We also start planning the OBB road trip to Vegas for the 2027 season kickoff, even if the heat in Vegas this time of year is unbearable. And that off ramps us into a debate about the appropriate thermostat settings for Florida summers.

We also dive into Phil Knight offering Oregon unlimited NIL money, and Mike Gundy seemingly accidentally admits to driving drunk over 1000 times. And the Wheel of Topics hits on Joey Chestnut mowing down 200 boneless Buffalo Wings, the Hawk Tuah girl cashing in, and Scoop's favorite Crumbl Cookie cereal.

We are all high on the Florida Panthers winning the Stanley Cup in an epic Game 7, everyone reflects on their favorite moments from the night and the subsequent morning after at the Elbo Room! Plus this year's Blue Chip report is out and of course we bait Roman into talking about Miami's ranking... and how it ultimately doesn't matter. And we have to pile on Oklahoma State sideline reporter Robert Allen for saying Miami is the "cheatingest" program in the NIL market.

Miami also made 24-7's preseason list of teams that will win at least 10 games, as they have the Canes going 11-1 with their only loss coming to Florida State... and Scoop still isn't seeing the Florida State buzz this year. And we get a visit from the AI OBB's as they recap the epic Stanley Cup Finals for the Panthers.

But of course it's Toast that plays devil's advocate, as he's afraid a change in leadership could force the athletic program to take a step back.

We also address the unnamed ACC coach that said the questions at Miami surround the coaching staff far more than the stacked roster, and Scoop goes in on Lindy Sports for leavine Rueben Bain off the All-ACC predictions.

And the most important question of the night kicks off with the question about whether we're buying the preseason rankings... and sure enough everyone continues to fall in on different sides of the narrative.

Somehow we get into a full-on discussion about the Cola wars, now that Dr. Pepper has surpassed Pepsi as #2 on the best selling soda list. And as we pull the car back onto the road we take a good look at the ACC power rankings and get worried that Miami might be coming in with too much hype.

Plus some absolutely amazing audio of the week from Houston activist Quanell X, and everyone gets their licks in on the media frenzy around Caitlin Clark, largely in agreement that the girls in the league need to get on board with what she's done for the sport and just play her tough and stop with the sensitivity.

Facial hair and Brazilian waxes open up this week's show for some reason, but we quickly transition to the "all in" proposition for the Canes as we get into Summer. Everyone has strong feelings about the defensive line, pointing out that seasons we felt confident were years when the defense was relentless. Toast hopes this "all in" mentality translates to the first year of a decade-long run, and Scoop feels like if this first effort is successful that this could become a perennial trend.

Roman also gives a quick wrap on the UM baseball season before we launch into this week's

Wheel of... Audio! We got from the hilariously viral Wheel of Fortune contest, the Oklahoma high school soccer announcer that trashed the players on a hot mic, the man who Zoomed into his court appearance for driving on a expired license while driving, a fan pigging out at the White Sox vs Blue Jays game, and Jaelen Phillips finding an Iguana in his toilet.

Plus we also touch on the passing of Bill Walton, the Home Alone house being for sale, and the pilot jumping the gun on a Ft Lauderdale flight and telling the passengers to prepare for a water landing. And Scoop has a serious moment as we reflect on the tragic passing of Grayson Murray.

But with such big expectations, we need more than just a roster that looks good on paper, it needs to work on the field. Then we get into the Canes in the 2024 NFL Draft, and how the list of undrafted signees was longer than the list of guys that went in the formal rounds. And we try to figure out why certain guys went in the Draft and why others fell off.

Plus everyone tries to take a look at the gains and losses in the portal, and just how good Mario has shown to be in this portal recruiting cycle. And Deion Sanders has been buzzing all over social media as his time at Colorado has seemed to turn the corner, after just one year.
