The Open Palm // No matter how bad it gets, there are those that wish they had your worst day. Things can always be worse than they are. If there is no limit to how far we can sink, there is no limit to how high we can rise. Appreciate all that you have. Even if you feel you don’t have enough. Someone wishes that they had your worst day.
The Open Palm // This episode is a special one. An audio log documenting the completion of challenge. One month without food. I have gained such focus. Such a sense of clarity since completing this challenge. May the words that you hear inspire you in your own path to be all that you can be.

Whatever abilities, skills, talents or gifts you have inside. If you never show it, no one may know it. Be unafraid to show and put your greatest gifts on display. You deserve to see your greatness and so does the world.

A far off date that eventually we will have if we work hard and grind it out? My idea of retirement has drastically changed in recent days. Open your mind to the possibility of your own early retirement.
