The Open Palm // For every minute of anger we lose sixty seconds of happiness. Where does the majority of your attention go? During your days, what are you dwelling on? Are you relinquishing your power by pondering on poisonous thoughts? How often are you angry? How often are you happy? Ask yourself these questions and realize it is a choice. We cannot be both at the same time.
The Open Palm // Each of the actions we take will surface. Each of the choices we have made come back to us. Every seed we plant comes to bear fruit. Karma always catches us in the end. Realize that all the decisions you are making are making their way back to you. Use this as a positive and sow good seeds. Make the conscious choice to do good in the world. Be assured that it is coming back to you.
The Open Palm // Often we suffer due to our expectations. When we believe that our lives should have happened another way. How we think things are is what matters most in the end. It affects the way we perceive the world and our past. Realize that you don’t have to suffer. Pain will come and go but suffering is a choice. Take back your power and begin to heal your inner suffering.
