Understand that you are able to endure more than you give credit for. Don’t underestimate yourself and count yourself out. Disqualifying your greatness is a great disservice before you have even begun.
The Open Palm // What do you see when you look at animals? When you observe a dog or a cat? Have you ever felt like certain animals were real people? Perhaps there is something to that. If we are spiritual beings having a human experience, I believe there are many having other experiences. May we appreciate every life form and every experience.
The Open Palm // Are there things used to do that you do not anymore? Different hobbies or talents and gifts that you have? Even if it has been years, those things are still inside you. What is learned is not lost. You carry them with you forever. Once something is known it cannot be unknown. Continue to stretch your mind, body, soul and spirit.
