In 2010, Tommy Mello became the sole owner and operator of a single Phoenix-based garage door service business, which came with $50,000 in debt. Today, A1 Garage generates more than $40 million dollars in annual revenue, with over 200 employees in several states.
Tommy is on a quest to share his experience and knowledge with other entrepreneurs so that they can also become millionaires without having to sacrifice their lives in the process. To achieve that, Tommy has shared his entrepreneurial journey and best strategies on his Amazon best-seller book - Home Service Millionaire, and currently hosts a top 50 management podcast in the US called Home Service Expert.
Tommy has also contributed to top publications like Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and other business publications on the topic of entrepreneurship and small business.

Teri Williams is President & COO and owner of OneUnited Bank, the largest Black owned bank in the country and supporter of the #BankBlack and #BuyBlack Movement. She is responsible for the Bank’s strategic initiatives, as well as the day to day operations, including all retail branches, marketing, compliance, lending, information technology, customer support, legal, and human resources.
Ms. Williams brings 30 years of financial services expertise including Bank of America and American Express, where she was one of the youngest Vice Presidents. Ms. Williams holds an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard University and a B.A. with distinctions in Economics from Brown University. She currently is Chair of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) and on the board of the 79th Street Corridor Initiative in Miami, Florida. Ms. Williams is author of I Got Bank! What My Granddad Taught Me About Money (Beckham Publishing) a financial literacy book for urban youth. She is married and has two children

In a spirited dialogue, JB joins this episode to speak on his background, the emergence of visual novel concept, what we can expect in his upcoming project "The Seventh Spark", and his best practices for success!
ABOUT JB:
An introvert as a kid, J.B. Lion had a very active imagination and spent most his nights creating short stories, reading choose your own adventure books, or playing video games.
A stellar student in high school and college, Mr. Lion always had a knack for creative and professional writing. Those traits would come in handy as he spent most of his adult years a project manager, travelling the the world implementing transit technology.
During this time, he never stopped writing short stories which he kept in several notebooks over a span of 15 years. The primary theme of these stories culminated from a simple game he would play with his two sons to pass the time. The game centered around around three different societies , each one trying to outmaneuver one another for control of the universe.
A king of the hill concept if you will. After years of nagging from his loving wife (who is an author herself), J.B. finally decided to do something with those hundreds of stories in his notebooks and started work on the Seventh Spark Series.
When not writing Mr. Lion enjoys spending time boxing (muay-thai), watching movies, and playing video games from the 1980s and 90s.

Tim is one of those guys that will leave you feeling younger and
more energetic just by hearing him speak. His passion flows out of him like a fresh waterfall in a dry desert. He’s turning 48 but feels like he’s 18 (with more energy!) What’s his secret?
After suffering from multiple health issues, including rectal
bleeding, two separate skin issues, chronic acid indigestion and
surgery to remove one of his organs due to serious digestive
issues, Tim knew something had to change. But it was only after
watching his closest ones die of cancer and the untimely death
of his younger brother that he finally decided to take action.
Tim’s journey led him to a shocking discovery which helped his
friend beat cancer and transform every area of his life. Feeling
charged with a duty to help others he started sharing his
knowledge with anyone that would listen. This led him to
producing his own chemical free food products. ‘Chemical Free
Body’ was born.

In this episode Josephine joins to share her diverse personal and professional background, how she transitioned from corporate and overcame personal obstacles with fertility to build a beautiful family with her husband and leverage her experience to help us all use meditation to help us all better respond to life versus simply react!
ABOUT JOSEPHINE:
Josephine Atluri is an expert in meditation and in overcoming adversity to find joy.
Through a unique and trying fertility journey, Atluri navigated the intense uncertainties
and stress of pregnancy loss, IVF, international adoption and surrogacy, ultimately
becoming a mother of five. Channeling the power of perseverance, calm and courage,
she now helps others navigate life’s many curveballs, through group and individual
online meditation training, and her podcast “Responding to Life.”
Perhaps the most defining period of Atluri’s life has been her 13-year journey to
motherhood, one that made her a warrior and advocate for all women seeking to
overcome infertility. To create their own family, Atluri and her husband endured a
heartbreaking miscarriage and then pursued a combination of nontraditional methods,
adopting their eldest son from Kazakhstan, carrying twins via IVF and adding yet
another set of twins via surrogacy. Through it all, Atluri developed a personal
perspective on these different paths to family creation, and came to understand all too
well the impact of infertility on one’s body, psyche and relationships.
Atluri’s podcast, “Responding to Life,” not only highlights her fertility journey, but
features noteworthy guests who have used positivity to overcome a variety of
obstacles. Her forthcoming book will also chronicle her personal story and provide inspiration,
