    Today I am joined by Dr. Carrie Jackson, PhD, Child Psychologist.
    Dr. Jackson has worked in a wide array of hospitals, community clinics, and nonprofit organizations as a therapist and is focused on providing services for children and families with challenging behaviors such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.In our conversation, Dr. Jackson shares what led her to a career in psychology and how she works with children (and parents) with ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder. We discuss what ADHD is, how it presents in children, and how parents and teachers can support children with ADHD.

    Today I am joined by Ashley Wray, founder of Mala Collective. In 2011, Ashley decided to make a big career and life change by quitting her job as a journalist and traveling. After falling in love with mala beads and meditation in Bali, she returned home and started Mala Collective.

    Ten years later she's grown Mala Collective to a 7-figure business and helps inspire mediation through different tools and practices (from online courses, to guided meditations, mala beads, and cushions).

    Ashley shares her story of transitioning careers and launching a business, how meditation helps us create space to thrive, and how understanding what success means is a key to feeling fulfilled.

    Today I am joined by Meredith Prescott, a licensed Therapist based in NYC, who who works with young adults, and specialises in anxiety, relationships, and chronic illness.

    She received her Master's in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University. Her experience includes working at Mt. Sinai Hospital for over five years counseling cancer patients and working in private practice settings. She has received a Post-Master's certification in Advanced CBT at NYU. Currently, she is finishing up a two-year certification program in Advanced Couples Therapy at The Training Institute of Mental Health.
