Ep. #4: Let Go Of The Judgment: Shed The Shame + Stick It To The Stigma! Jul 02, 2019
    Show notes

    Hello everyone!

Today's episode is about letting go of there people's judgment, giving them back their narratives, and coming back to ourselves. Your life is yours, your thoughts and feelings are yours. That is the power you possess. No one can take that from you. No amount of judgment or denial on their part can change that!

Also, we talk about utilising compassion and kindness in a sincere way and not to control others or assert power over them. If we send love and light to people, or if we detach and move on, it comes from a place of healing and love.

It's so easy to be taken away by what people say, especially as sensitive beings, but ultimately, only you are in charge of you and your life. People will sy all sorts of things and that's on them. Equally, the way you receive that and deal with it is on you. They have ZERO affect on your life. Fundamentally, their opinions and nonsense have ZRO effect on your life. It is your life and as the person you are inside, you need to reside in truth and in love. That is how you can spread it.

As a Yogis, our lifestyle is about cultivating love and peace. People often end up resenting us or sometimes we lose some people. We heal from that. But at the end of the day, we are aware of resistance and aware of the work that needs to be done. The work of a Yoga is not to analyse what is wrong or what is missing in the world. It's about knowing what is wrong and missing and trying to heal it and fill it with kindness, compassion, and love. This applies to all humans, not just Yogis, in fact.

Go live out loud. Shine your light.

Ep. #3: Why We Must Feel In Order To Heal Jul 01, 2019
    Show notes

Hiya! Coming at you from Brighton today as I navigate the tricky waters of pain, heartbreak, and how to come out stronger, wise, and more powerful. I will also be discussing the complexities of pain and grief, particularly when trying to heal and move on as we walk a fine line between bitterness and caution. In this episode, I will encourage you to look inside yourself, be honest, and cultivate healthy habits for your self, first of all, in order to develop happy patterns that will benefit you and the people you share your life with. The goal is to recognise, investigate, assess, accept, connect, and live on. Living on is much more powerful than simply moving on. Enjoy!

Ep. #2: Feel Your Feelings, Find Your Balance, and Cultivate Peace Jul 01, 2019
    Show notes

Today's episode is about balance. Balance between being and doing. Balance between what's in need of your attention and what isn't. Most of all, it's about internal balance. It's about cultivating the right amount of all that you NEED in order for your existence to be harmonious. Like an ecosystem. We will talk about some of the things we face the most in life, especially in our culture, and that I have helped my clients and myself overcome. This Podcast is meant to foster openness and authenticity, so there are some honest sentiments in my episodes and I encourage you to feel comfortable enough to share as well, if you so wish.

Ep. #1: Taking Yoga beyond the mat. How can we find OUR Yoga and what can we learn from Yoga? May 22, 2019
    Show notes

    Hello!

What is Yoga? Is it a religion, a philosophy, a science?

Today I want to talk about Yoga. I want to unpack the philosophy of Yoga and its misconceptions. I will discuss the various ways in which someone can have a yoga practice, and the many forms it can take. I will bridge this to incorporate awareness of Mental Health, Movement, and our fellow living beings.

I will also introduce the different aspects of the practice, the limbs of Yoga, the various considerations that the teachings offer, and of course, how we may incorporate this in our daily lives.

Perhaps today, you can reflect on your Yoga. Maybe you'll rediscover your Yoga. Even if it's your first encounter with Yoga, let's all connect with our Yoga!

    Happy listening!
