Rap is great music for BPM running. I include 3 rap tracks in this otherwise mixed genre session. We run fast to 2 tunes above 180, one rap and one rock. Modify your stride or pace if that's not your speed. They'll still keep you moving.

A big thanks goes to Jon at Ariel Publicity's Cyber PR, Par Berglund from Blindmen who brought us Solblomma, and Zeeshan Zaidi of the Commuters for their assistance in bringing these great artists to the JTIP.

I also send a big thanks to the talented Troy Warden for his great intro.

Check out the track details, purchase options, and more info on this episode's podcast page.

At JogTunes.com, you'll find purchase links to all of the tunes from all of our podcast episodes as well as over 2500 BPM-rated workout tunes from label and indie artists.

Enjoy the show and may your next run be your best one.

It's all guys, a mix of genres, and I bring back a standard J-Tip format: a 30 minute session followed by a 15 minute sprint session. It maxes out at 181 to Myloe's "Empty Out Your Mind." And there's plenty of great running in the 160s and 170s.

My thanks goes to Jon at Ariel Publicity's Cyber PR and Andrew at SGC Media for their assistance in bringing seven of these great artists to the JTIP. More thanks go to J. Willgoose of Public Service Broadcasting for permission to play their track and to all of the other artists for their generous contributions to the show.

Two years ago, episode #63, I presented my first easy-going mix that featured relaxed walking and running paces. In this second "Easy Does It", the range is 117 to 168 BPM and the genres are mixed and on the light side.

I present six new artists and three who return to the JTIP. The genres are pop, jazz, rock, reggae and R & B.

A big thanks goes to Cyber PR and the the IODA for their assistance in bringing the new artists to the JTIP.

We bring on the Aussies with 6 of our artists coming from Australia -- 4 of them by way of an awesome Australian music promotion company, SGC Media. This is a great genre mix that leans on the alternative side.

Get ready for some fast paces in the 170s and one at 184. Not medically fit for speed? Adjust your stride length or run the fast tracks slower. It's still all great running.

I'm grateful to Andrew Wade of SGC Media, Cyber PR, the IODA, and the outstanding indie artists for for their contributions and help in producing this episode.

Reggae and rock -- both great motivators when it comes to BPM-paced workouts. My last reggae rock mix was very well received so here's another that features many variations of both genres.

This is an interval run with 3 speed bursts of 184 BPM. Each one is a segment of Sam Page's "Alone Then." An uninterrupted version of Sam's track is at the end of the episode. Be sure you're fit to run these fast segments. If not, lay back or take short steps. It's still a great run.
