And the journey to get there is an absolute rite of passage that knows no boundaries when it comes to feeling embarrassment, shame, discomfort, fear, and self-doubt. You name it!

But when you create your true confidence, you are able to get into a space where you keep a hundred percent of your power to choose what you believe, how you feel, and how you’re gonna live your life.

You know what? It's pretty incredible to live a life that way. It’s totally life-changing!

I know this because this is how I live my life today. And I want you to experience that as well.

This is what I do. I always keep reminding women, like you, how valuable, worthy, and important you are.

Christmas Boundaries Dec 06, 2021

Can you believe it? Few days until Christmas.

It's a different holiday season this year, no matter where you are in the world, I think we've all been impacted by the pandemic and what's going on.

Here in Australia, it's pretty hectic because things are opening up.

Everybody's going to be hanging out, shopping and doing all the things but for us this year, I feel like the more this goes down, the more introverted I feel.

I can’t believe I’m saying that. If you have been listening to me, you know I’m not an introvert.

I love people, I’ve never referred to myself as one.

I wanted to do this podcast because I don't know what your holiday season will look like, but here's what I do know, we allow our boundaries to be broken.

This Christmas time is going to be a great time for you to test your boundaries with family, food and everything else.

Sista, setting boundaries is not easy to do. It feels uncomfortable. But you got this.

You have every right to choose the kind of experience you want to have this holiday season.

I don't have "enough" trauma Nov 28, 2021

Sista, this episode is HOT. I’m pumped UP!

If you’ve been blessed with a good life and you think you’re not messed up enough to work on yourself, this episode is for YOU.

A lot of women say to me that they don’t have enough trauma to work on themselves.

But you don’t need some crazy shit to have happened to you for it be trauma. We have ALL experienced trauma.

Trauma isn’t the thing that happens to you, it’s what happens INSIDE of you. And it all goes back to childhood.

If you felt sad, lonely, scared, rejected, unloved in ANY way, that’s trauma. And if you don’t deal with that shit, it will deal with you.

Scan your life right now. Take a good look at your mind, your relationships, your body, your bank account.

Where is your lack?

Are you showing up as a fully expressed version of yourself?

Or are you afraid to put yourself out there? Too scared of what people will think if you really showed them who you are.

Is your mind at peace? Or is it juiced up on fear and negativity?

If you’re unhappy in ANY area of your life, THAT is something to work on.

What’s the point of buying fancy cars and eyelashes if you’re MISERABLE?

Invest in your mindset. This is your invitation to level up!

Your man doesn't have to be your cheerleader - you be your OWN cheerleader Nov 22, 2021

Shout out to all you women out there pursuing your business.. even if your partner thinks it’s just a hobby!

When I first started my business, my husband didn’t believe I could do what I’m doing now.

It wasn’t because he didn’t believe in ME. It was because we had two kids and he knew how risky it would be to start a new business.

If you’re in the same boat, my bet is you’re feeling frustrated, lonely, angry and like you need some validation.

I talked about this on Instagram recently and had SO many replies from women all over the world telling me their partners didn’t support them.

But you know what?

Your partner doesn’t have to be your cheerleader. YOU have to be your own cheerleader.

To create what you want to achieve, YOU have to live in the risky future and believe that you can do it.

Don’t rely on other people in your life to do the believing for you.

Fill your own cup.

Beyonce it up, and back yourself with your own independence.

You got this!
