President Obama-inspired White angst has undermined efforts to replace outgoing House Speaker John Boehner. Whites in the nation's capitol are simultaneously rankled about the impending visit of Minister Louis Farrakhan and tens of thousands of black people for the Justice Or Else gathering on Saturday, October 10th. The U.S. Capitol Police that joined in killing and covering up of the shooting death of Miriam I. Carey distributed a memo scolding Min. Farrakhan and Black Lives Matter. The document warned that the invading negroes represent a "potential for violence." The C.O.W.S. KATRINA: AFTER THE FLOOD Part VI Oct 09, 2015

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 6th study session on Gary Rivlin's Katrina: After The Flood. Mr. Rivlin is a White man; while working for the New York Times he covered the infamous engineering failure and negligence that obliterated New Orleans in August of 2005. His 2015 bestseller documents ten years of lopsided "recovery." To be explicit, a decade of black New Orleanians being racially dislocated and willfully blocked from rebuilding their lives. Rivlin investigates all areas of people activity: the institution of charter schools, the destruction of public housing, and outright looting of funds designated for flood victims. Last week's session described the childhood Alden McDonald and his wife, Rhesa, and the evolution of their marriage. Rivlin details the genisis of Liberty Bank and gruesome task facing the bank in the wake of Katrina. We also learned about Joseph Canizaro and other Whites who seemed eager to transform black neighborhoods into "green spaces." Dr. Welsing is 3rd generation physician, general and child psychiatrist, author of the Isis Papers: Keys To The Colors, a contributor to the Hidden Colors documentary series, and a Victim Of White Supremacy. We'll get her views on Congressman John Boehner resigning as House Speaker; she's repeatedly shared her position that House Speaker Boehner's skin complexion drives his vitriol towards President Obama and is a likely factor in the GOP dissatisfaction with his congressional leadership. With the immigrant crisis roiling across Europe, the recent attack by two black immigrants at a Swedish Ikea have prompted an intense backlash against non-white refugees. Chris Harper Mercer, 26, allegedly slaughtered Umpqua Community College students in Oregon; 9 are reported dead, 10 are reported wounded. President Obama pointed out the "routine" nature of these killings. Mercer allegedly described himself as "mixed-race," but the Los Angeles Times characterized him as having White Supremacist leanings. The suspected White Supremacist leanings of GOP Majority Whip Steve Scalise are nearly forgotten; he's now positioning himself to nab House Speaker John Boehner's job. And while Whites feign rage about lax gun laws, the two year "anniversary" of Miriam I. Carey being summarily executed in the nation's capitol continues to be ignored. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 5th study session on Gary Rivlin's Katrina: After The Flood. Mr. Rivlin is a White man; while working for the New York Times he reported on the legendary engineering failure and negligence that devastated New Orleans in August of 2005. His 2015 bestseller examines ten years of asymmetrical "recovery." To be blunt, a decade of black New Orleanians being racially dislocated and willfully hampered from reconstructing their lives. Rivlin scrutinizes all areas of people activity: the institution of charter schools, the demolition of public housing, and outright looting of funds identified for flood victims. Last week's installment described crews of armed black youth who helped secure the Convention Center and helped aid distressed citizens as best they could. Alden McDonald confirmed that his cars and house - along with most of New Orleans East - was rubbish. Rivlin also detailed Joseph Canizaro's involvement with the New Orleans' restoration effort. He's a powerful White man with direct correspondence with Karl Rove and President Bush. Canizaro owns a private jet, several successful business, Texas property near Mr. Bush, and doles out bikes to poor black children in his spare time. Documentary filmmaker, professor and journalist June Cross visits The Context of White Supremacy. She uses her skill to "tell stories about the people other people think don't matter." She's a tenured professor at the Columbia Journalism School and produced a large body of fine work with PBS' NewsHour. We'll investigate her 2009 documentary, The Old Man And The Storm. She narrates the extraordinary story of the the Gettridge family. Cross and many other media outlets met Herbert Gettridge when he was 82-years-old and amongst the debris of the epic catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina and the levee failure. Mr. Gettridge worked tirelessly - and mostly without assistance - to rebuild his house in the Lower Ninth Ward. Cross records Mr. Gettridge's monumental strength and gets his commentary on the state of the recovery in New Orleans. It's easily once of the top films made on Katrina. Neely Fuller, Jr. observed the abundant resources to secure and pamper the pope; he believes a sliver of those assets could be used to help Victims of Racism. Viola Davis made history by becoming the first black actress to be awarded an Emmy for best leading actress in a drama. Last week's session provided critical information on the history of White Terrorism in New Orleans, including the "construction of I-10 through the center of Treme" - one of the oldest black neighborhoods in the country. Rivlin recounts Mayor Nagin's post-storm, Dallas, Texas meetings with Min. Louis Farrakhan and New Orleans' White aristocracy and emphasizes how preliminary reports on Katrina's destruction omitted the monumental devastation in predominantly black New Orleans East.
