The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Marsha Jones. A Dallas, Texas native, Ms. Jones is Co-founder and Executive Director of The Afiya Center. "Established in response to the increasing disparities between HIV incidences worldwide and the extraordinary prevalence of HIV among Black women and girls in Texas," The Afiya Center is the only Reproductive Justice (RJ) organization in North Texas founded and directed by black females. Jones and The Afiya Center were included in Ann Simmons' Los Angeles Times exposÃ© on the crisis-level maternal mortality rates among black females. We'll review the groups executive report which documents the dire state of health for black females of Texas. We'll ask Ms. Jones to explain how Racism erodes the health of expecting mothers and their children. Alfred W. McCoy visits The Context of White Supremacy. The Harrington Chair in History at the University of Wisconsin, Professor McCoy is an award winning historian and writer. He authored Policing America's Empire and The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade. Published in 1972, the latter documents CIA involvement in the global drug trade. The CIA reportedly tried to suppress publication of the text. We'll discuss his new book, In the Shadows of the American Century: The Rise and Decline of US Global Power. McCoy describes 20th century global politics and the rise of US empire. He now predicts the rise of China and the erosion of United States preeminence. McCoy doesn't specify which people will lose power in this decline, nor does his evaluation address the reported drop in White fertility rates and their percentage of the North American population. Trump continued the global war on black people, ending Temporary Protected Status for Haitian immigrants in the United States. More than 50 thousand now fear deportation. The eruption of sexual harassment claims snared two additional high profile figures: NBC's Matt Lauer was fired and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons resigned from all posts after both were accused of sexual misconduct. Congressman John Conyers, who for years battled for reparations for black people, is being pressured to leave office because of similar accusations of sexual abuse. Speaking of past misdeeds, two Georgia Race Soldiers, Frankie Gebhardt and Bill Moore, were arrested for the lynching of a Black male in 1983. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the third study session Kevin Dutton's The Wisdom of Psychopaths: Lessons in Life from Saints, Spies and Serial Killers. A research psychologist at the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, Dutton's principal research interests are persuasion and social influence, and the psychopathic personality. He is a White man who resides in England. He's done TED Talks, conducted lectures around the world, and written followup books to satisfy the appetite for psychopaths. Years ago, Dr. Niyana Rasayon highly recommended that C.O.W.S. listeners study this book for a better understanding of what it means to be classified as White. Last week's session explored the difference between Anti-Social Personality Disorder and a psychopath. Dutton emphasized that psychopaths operate in a parasitic manners as it relates to others. They feel no remorse and project their own sense of innocence and victimization. Dutton continued to reference Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manner, Benjamin Rush, Andrew Jackson and many other Whites, while omitting critical information about White Supremacy as it relates to these White mens' deeds and beliefs. Interestingly, Dutton explained that the first forty one presidents all testified positive for psychopathic personality. The reason for this broadcast is to upgrade non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've discovered the optimal strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to dial in with specifics. We're always grateful for the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" improves your labor experience. We're in the middle of the "holiday season," so we'll review tactics for surviving office parties and how to rebuff gift-giving exercises. The White psychopath and cult leader has been the subject of books, films, television programs and global admiration for nearly a half century. President Donald Trump regretted helping to spring UCLA basketball star LiAngelono Ball from a Chinese prison earlier this month. Ball's father, who's a favorite target of White disgust, rebuked Trump's remarks and told whitefolks he didn't need to be a thankful negro. Allegations of sexual conduct continue engulf more prominent figures. This week, Congressman John Conyers, who's invested decades pressing Congress for reparations for black people, was accused of past sexual misdeeds. He denied the allegations. Earle Hyman, award winning entertainer who played Bill Cosby's father on "The Cosby Show," died this week at the age of 81. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the second study session on Kevin Dutton's The Wisdom of Psychopaths: Lessons in Life from Saints, Spies and Serial Killers. A research psychologist at the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, Dutton's primary research interests are persuasion and social influence, and the psychopathic personality. He is a White man who resides in England. During a previous visit to The C.O.W.S., Dr. Niyana Rasayon suggested C.O.W.S. listeners analyze this book for a better understanding of what it means to be classified as White. The first sentence of Dutton's book indicts his own White father as a psychopath and details the cool things his dad was able to accomplish as a result of being less emotional and keeping his cool. While insisting that the text is not about glorifying sadistic, violent predators like Jeffrey Dahmer and the late Charles Manson, Dutton posits these type of people have qualities that have a variety of constructive applications. Dutton says psychopaths can be valuable - and informative - because they are able to make and perform difficult or morally stressful tasks with ease. Dutton says these characteristics can make psychopaths tremendous physicians, doctors, police officers or attorneys because of their fearlessness and cool decision-making. William "DC" Clark visits The Context of White Supremacy. A retired firefighter for the Miami-Dade County Fire Department, Mr. Clark invested years keeping south Floridians safe while simultaneously combatting Racism. Clark made a habit of challenging Racism within the fire department throughout his career. Days after the 9/11 terrorist attacks of 2001, Clark and two black colleagues were wrongly accused of tearing down the United States from a fire truck. Clark and two others were branded black Muslim radicals. The incident was dubbed the "Opa-locka Three" and pre-dated Collin Kaepernick's anthem protests by more than two years. The Context of White Supremacy hosts our monthly Global Sunday Talk On Racism. This broadcast is specifically intended to encourage participation from Victims of Racism outside the United States and/or non-white people who are unable to join us during our normal program time. The allegations of sexual misconduct have not been confined to North America. Londoners remember the late Jimmy Savile, and more recent reports detail allegations that Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein may have sexually assaulted victims while overseas. Three UCLA scholar athletes were scolded as if they were child rapists for allegedly stealing sunglasses while visiting China; one of the players is the younger brother of Los Angeles Lakers' star Lonzo Ball. Since this occurred while President Donald Trump was visiting China, we'll see if this incident provoked international attention. We'll also ask out international listeners about the reported coup in Zimbabwe. Whites have long voiced their disgust with President Robert Mugabe - who worked hard to combat White Supremacy on the continent.
