The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS The "new" year began much like any other time in the System of White Supremacy, black people being terrorized and killed. In Houston, Texas a seven-year-old black girl, Jazmine Barnes, was shot and killed by a random White Terrorist. No one has been arrested, and it's suspected that this drive-by-shooting may have been perpetrated by a White shooter who killed a black female in 2017, 22-year-old A'Vonta Williams. In California, new laws requiring enforcement officials to release paperwork related to police shootings are set to go into effect. On an unrelated note, some California enforcement officials began shredding documents related to police shootings. Federal paperwork has ceased as the so called government shutdown continues, as President Donald J. This program is specifically crafted to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. The Context of White Supremacy hosts our 10th study session on Dr. Tommy J. Curry's The Man-Not: Race, Class, Genre, and the Dilemmas of Black Manhood. We were motivated to read this text after concluding Pamela Evans Harris's Black Love Is A Revolutionary Act - an error-filled, poorly researched book that unmercifully attacks black males from beginning to conclusion. Many listeners - male and female, found nothing wrong with black males being cursed and called names and accepted the presentation of black males being the primary obstacle to ending Racism. Dr. Curry's 2017 publication directly addresses black misandry - dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against men. The book explores how multitudes commonly charge black males as being guilty of patriarchy and hatred of black females, while the evidence shows black males lack the power to protect themselves much less dominate anyone else. Last week's session examined how "death complicates the now," for black males. Being targeted for extermination, black males's psyche and thoughts about the worth of their existence is neutered by the familiar stream of dead black males. Dr. Curry questions why black people are asked to hope that somehow, Whites will "recognize" the folly of their way and desist from the practice of White Supremacy. Because of the "government shutdown" a sizable number of citizens, Gus suspects a potentially disproportionate number of non-white federal employees, will begin 2019 with tremendous instability. The caging of black people is also an unending practice for Whites, and freedom fighter and journalist Mumia Abu-Jamal has been shackled in numerous Pennsylvania prisons for decades. He's been granted a review of his case to examine if he received due process during his prosecution. Across the country, a White Woman brandished a hunting knife, called a family of black people niggers and physically assaulted a black female passenger during a parking dispute. She's yet to be identified or arrested. We'll also review the case of black teenager, Andrew Johnson. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS Black enforcement officials in Maryland filed a suit alleging "White police officers in a Washington, D.C., suburb have used racist slurs, circulated text messages expressing a desire to 'reinstitute lynching' and put a black face and Afro wig on a training dummy." A report that gathered more robust media attention featured a black mother having her offspring brutally snatched from her by a posse of Suspected Race Soldiers. Jazmine Headley, the mother in question, was at a Brooklyn, New York food stamp office seeking constructive help. The Times reported she "was charged with resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child, obstructing governmental administration and trespassing." After publicly indignation about the barbarous NYPD conduct, charges against Headley were dropped.
