#109 - Leveraging Media for Fitness Business Owners w/ Ghitta Larsen Feb 07, 2019
    Show notes

In this episode, I talk to Ghitta Larsen. She was born and raised in California's Bay Area, Ghitta moved to New York City to pursue her passions in filmmaking. Graduating from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, she found herself specializing in cinematography. Professionally trained, her skills range from being a Director of Photography (DP) to Camera Operation, to pulling focus as a 1st AC.

After shooting primarily athlete, and sports media, she has turned her focus toward commercial visuals and narrative films. Shooting a variety of content has allowed her to refine her style, and the ability to adapt the vision of the client onto the screen.

If you know Marcus Filly, she is the reason behind those amazing videos on Marcus’ Instagram and Youtube videos. She is really talented with her chosen crafts.

#108 – Miz Unfiltered: Staying On The Boat Jan 24, 2019
    Show notes

In this episode, we talked about our experiences this year. Since the year is about to end, I know most of us are familiar with new year’s resolutions. New year’s resolution is about trying to do new things at the beginning of the year and that will serve as a practice until the end of the year.

If you want to start something new, then most of us believe that it is better to do it at the start of the year.
