    Dan Khabie - Founding Partner- CourtAvenue Dan Khabie launched his career in business transformation in 1997 with the creation of Digitaria, an award-winning digital media agency with a roster of clients that included DreamWorks Animation, ESPN, the National Football League (NFL), and Qualcomm, among others. When his company was acquired by WPP in 2010, Dan later became global CEO of Mirum, a 2,500-employee digital marketing agency with offices on six continents. In addition to being a LinkedIn Influencer, Dan has been an adjunct professor at San Diego State University and frequently speaks out about innovation and marketing. Dan’s oversight includes all of CourtAvenue’s client relationships, as well as identifying new business acquisitions.

    Laura McHolm - Founder & Chief Marketing Officer - NorthStar Moving Company One of the few women at the helm of a moving company, Laura McHolm had an unlikely start as co-founder of NorthStar Moving Company. Laura began university at the age of 16. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley at Berkeley she taught basic programming on Apple computers, then worked in marketing for Atari while the company was still in its infancy, and after law school, she worked as a corporate intellectual property lawyer. In the mid-1990s she moved away from the Fortune 500 to fulfill her more creative, entrepreneurial spirit and co-founded NorthStar Moving Company. Laura coined the phrase “eco-luxury moving services” and is changing the way we move by selling the red carpet treatment. Her fastest growing privately held company is the go to mover for A-List celebrities, The Gettys Group Companies and other movers and shakers and has been featured in @Elle Décor.

    Doug Reifschneider - Fractional Chief Marketing Officer - Chief Outsiders Reifschneider grew up in the foodservice industry. He is a marketing veteran with 25+ years of progressive field, agency, and corporate marketing experience. Doug started in the restaurant business in the field by teaching franchisees and company operators how to conduct local restaurant marketing (LRM). He also formed advertising co-ops. Doug mastered the use of traditional media such as TV, radio, print, and Out of Home (OOH). In later years, Reifschneider focused on digital advertising options. As noted earlier, he combined traditional and digital advertising to grow sales. Doug progressed into leadership roles at Hardees and Fazoli's. He learned how to grow sales in a competitive marketplace while mentoring his team. As a result, he learned how to combine media spend and LRM.
