    Roxy Jimenez is the founder of Fit4Mom LA, she is back in the studio to share workout tips, nutrition, and health tips with us. She was a previous guest on the show, she talked to us about her experience dealing with a miscarriage. Roxy is the mother of two children, including an 8 month old baby girl. Shortly after her daughter was born she was diagnosed with a heart condition and needed immediate surgery.
