Retired U.S. Army Colonel Karl Nell — a key figure in the Pentagon’s UAP research efforts — recently made waves by declaring that UAP disclosure is dead. In this episode, Ryan Sprague unpacks Nell’s remarks through his essay “Frankenstein and Flying Saucers” from the acclaimed book UFOs: Reframing the Debate (edited by Robbie Graham). Drawing on the insights of Carl Jung, Jacques Vallée, Jenny Randles, David Clarke, and Greg Bishop, Ryan explores how our understanding of UFOs mirrors Frankenstein’s creation — a reflection of humanity’s fears, desires, and need to define the unknown. This thought-provoking discussion challenges the “extraterrestrial” assumption and asks: could the truth behind UFOs lie not in the stars, but within ourselves?

Ryan returns to Nova Scotia and dives deep into his unforgettable weekend at the Shag Harbour UFO XPO alongside retired UFOlogist and filmmaker Paul Kimball. Together, they give their brutally honest (yet good-natured) reviews of the event’s standout speakers — including Terry Tibando, Dolly Safran, Preston Dennett, Marc D’Antonio, and Chris Styles, the preeminent Shag Harbour UFO researcher himself. From an emotional experiencer session that left the audience speechless to a mysterious visit to an abandoned Canadian military base rumored to hide UFO secrets, Ryan and Paul pull no punches in this hilarious, heartfelt, and insightful debrief. Plus, you’ll hear stories of their side-splitting encounters with legendary Shag Harbour witness Laurie “Dickie” Wickens!

Zelia Edgar brings us back to 1973 for yet another truly bizarre retro UFO incident.
October 22nd, 1973 at around 10pm, a couple driving with their baby suddenly spotted what they thought were children playing on a dark rural road. But as their headlights hit the figures, they realized these were no children. Instead, they encountered bizarre, silver-suited beings moving in strange, hopping motions across the road.
Who were the “Slo-Mo Silver Saucerians”? Were they extraterrestrials, misidentified figures, or something far stranger? 👽 Buckle up for a journey back to one of the most bizarre close encounters in UFO history.

Ryan is back from Nova Scotia after attending the Shag Harbour UFO XPO, and tonight’s livestream is packed with breaking UFO and space news! We’ll start with the shocking removal of Belgium’s only UFO monument — ending 70 years of folklore tied to a famous 1955 sighting. Then, we’re diving deep into the incredible new discovery about interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS, which astronomers say is leaking water “like a fire hose at full blast” — and might even hint at alien origins. Next, we’ll break down the mysterious crash near Area 51 that triggered an FBI investigation after evidence tampering was discovered at the site. Was it a drone, a secret test vehicle, or something far stranger? Then, former Pentagon insider Christopher Mellon calls out the government for illegally hiding UFO files, and a new military witness, Daniel Gockerell, details his jaw-dropping 2006 sighting of a massive triangular craft over Eglin Air Force Base. Finally, a shocking revelation from Space Force veteran Jim Shell, who alleges a secret control system is interfering with U.S. Space Command and may even be connected to UFOs. Journalist, author, and space reporter Becky Ferreira joins Ryan and Suzanne to discuss her new book, First Contact: The Story of Our Obsession with Aliens. In this fascinating conversation, they explore humanity’s centuries-long fascination with extraterrestrial life and how that obsession shapes our science, culture, and imagination. Ferreira shares her insights on how the search for alien intelligence has evolved. from early science fiction dreams to real-world efforts in astrobiology and space exploration. The discussion also dives into what first contact could actually look like: Will it be a slow realization through data or a sudden encounter that changes everything?
From SETI to NASA’s latest missions and the psychology behind our cosmic curiosity, this episode is a journey through science, philosophy, and the unknown—guided by one of today’s sharpest space reporters.

Ryan and Suzanne are joined by David Marler, Executive Director of the National UFO Historical Records Center (NUFOHRC), to uncover how the world’s largest repository of UFO/UAP documents and files came to be. Marler stressed why preserving decades of UFO history is more important now more than ever and how the archives are helping researchers, journalists, and even the United States Government gain access to information on UFOs and UAP. You'll also hear never-before-heard interview clips with Captain Gerry Irwin, a U.S. Army officer at the heart of one of the strangest UFO encounters in history, and Major Jesse Marcel Sr., the man forever linked to the infamous Roswell UFO crash. These rare voices, preserved through David’s tireless work of obtaining documents and audio files, shed new light on some of the most significant events in UFO history.
