Project 20 and Back: The Secret Space Program | Conspiracy Theories Aug 18, 2026
    Show notes

A secret space program conspiracy sleep story. An ordinary man breaks his collarbone, and the X-ray reveals something manufactured buried beneath the bone β€” surrounded by surgical scarring from an operation nobody remembers performing. Tonight, a slow descent into the "20 and Back" theory, built on the real history of Operation Paperclip and America's classified aerospace programs. A long, calm bedtime story for adults, made for insomnia, anxiety and deep sleep.

The Bridgewater Triangle: What Lies Beneath... | Conspiracy Theories Aug 17, 2026
    Show notes

Deep in southeastern Massachusetts there is a swamp the Wampanoag called the place where spirits dwell, and the colonists renamed Devil's Swamp. Tonight we go into Hockomock β€” and into the 200 square miles of strangeness that cryptozoologist Loren Coleman named the Bridgewater Triangle.

Thunderbirds with 12-foot wingspans. Ghost lights over the swamp. Hair-covered figures at the treeline. Missing time on Route 44. And, in October of 1978, a boy who walked into that swamp with a camera, came back seven hours later insisting he'd been gone twenty minutes, and brought home a photograph of a building that isn't there.

This is a long, slow, cinematic story built for sleep. No jump scares, no shouting β€” just a quiet voice, a very old piece of ground, and a theory about what happens when four different agencies file the same phenomenon in four different drawers and nobody ever compares the paperwork.

The Dover Demon: The Creature Massachusetts Was Never Meant to See | Conspiracy Theories Aug 16, 2026
    Show notes

In April of nineteen seventy-seven, four people in the quiet town of Dover, Massachusetts described the same impossible creature β€” hairless, four feet tall, with long spindly fingers and enormous glowing eyes. Their sketches matched. Their stories never changed. Nearly fifty years later, no explanation has ever fit.

But what if the strangest part of the Dover Demon case isn't what those witnesses saw?

What if it's that the government never really tried to make the story go away?

Tonight we follow a fictional farming family whose barn was visited three days before the famous sightings, a classified Cold War biology program called MORPHEUS, and a sealed chamber found sixty feet beneath the New England bedrock in March of nineteen sixty-three. This is a slow, cinematic, two-hour sleep documentary designed to be listened to in the dark β€” you're not meant to make it to the end.

Please note: the sightings by William Bartlett, John Baxter, and Abby Brabham are real and are told accurately. The Hollingsworth family, Doctor Lenora Whitcomb, Project MORPHEUS, Subject Four, Source Zero, and Agent Conrad Voss are original fiction created for this episode.

Conspiracy Theories... 5+ Hours | Sleep And Relax Aug 15, 2026
    Show notes

Five hours of declassified files, cold cases, and stories that never quite got their ending.

Tonight there is nothing to solve and nowhere to be. Just a long, slow walk through some of the strangest corners of the historical record β€” the documents that were sealed, the incidents that were explained away, and the questions that are still sitting there, patient, decades later.

This is a full-night compilation. It is designed so you never have to reach for your phone. Start it, set it down, and let it carry you through to morning. If you drift off in the first ten minutes, that is the point. The stories will still be here tomorrow night.

No jump scares. No sudden volume changes. No frantic music. Just a steady voice in the dark and hours of runway ahead of you.

The Kinross Incident β€” A US Fighter Vanished on Radar Over Lake Superior (1953) | Conspiracy Theories Aug 14, 2026
    Show notes

On November 23, 1953, an F-89 Scorpion took off from Kinross Air Force Base in Michigan to intercept an unidentified radar target over Lake Superior. Ground controllers watched two returns on the scope move closer and closer together β€” and then merge into one. When the sweep came back around, only one target remained, and it was moving north.

Lieutenant Felix Moncla was 27. Lieutenant Robert Wilson was 22. There was no mayday, no explosion, no debris. No confirmed wreckage has ever been recovered. The Air Force said Moncla had been chasing a Canadian transport. The RCAF said they had no aircraft there. Seventy years later, the official record still contradicts itself.

Tonight's episode starts with everything that's real β€” the Cold War radar chain, the polar bomber threat, the ordinary Monday evening that turned into one of aviation's most unsettling disappearances β€” and then builds a story about what might have been waiting underneath that water for a very long time.

The Ghost Rockets of 1946 | Sweden's Unsolved UFO Mystery | Conspiracy Theories Aug 14, 2026
    Show notes

In the summer of 1946, less than a year after the end of the Second World War, Sweden began receiving reports of objects crossing its skies. Hundreds of them. Farmers, fishermen, soldiers, pilots. Objects that moved too fast, made no sound, and changed direction in ways nothing built by human beings could change direction.

Several of them, according to witnesses, went directly into remote inland lakes.

Swedish military teams searched. Divers went into the cold northern water again and again. They found no wreckage, no engine, no fuel, no crater. Nothing at all.

Tonight we start with that real history β€” the genuine Ghost Rocket wave, the real Swedish investigation, the real American and British intelligence interest β€” and then follow a conspiracy that grows out of it. What if the objects weren't Soviet test rockets? What if they weren't crashing at all? What if they were returning to something buried beneath Scandinavia thousands of years before anyone invented the word "rocket"?

This episode blends verified history with original fiction. The 1946 wave, the military investigations, the lake searches and the Cold War context are all real. The recovered fragment, Erik Lindholm, Ingrid Hallberg, the buried network and the final transmission are invented. The split is explained inside the episode.

    Conspiracy Theories | 4+ Hours | Fall Asleep Fast Aug 13, 2026
    Show notes

Four hours of the strange, the unexplained, and the quietly unsettling β€” told slowly, in the dark, so you can stop thinking and finally fall asleep.

Tonight's compilation gathers some of the deepest stories from Sleep Theories into one long, uninterrupted listen. Declassified programs and buried files. Disappearances that were never solved. Places that should not exist and people who should not have vanished. Long stretches of quiet narration with no sudden volume changes, no jarring transitions, no music stings designed to jolt you awake.

Just one calm voice, four hours of it, and a very long night to fill.

Put it on, close your eyes, and let it run. Most people never make it past the first story.

The Time Travel Case Historians Can't Explain... Versailles, 1901 | Conspiracy Theories Aug 13, 2026
    Show notes

In August of 1901, two English schoolteachers walked into the gardens of Versailles and, by every account they ever gave, walked out of their own century.

The birds stopped. The air went dead and still. The trees looked flat, like tapestry. People in eighteenth-century clothing moved past them without seeing them. And sitting alone on the grass in front of the Petit Trianon was a woman in a wide pale hat, sketching, looking very slightly bored β€” a woman they later identified, from a portrait, as Marie Antoinette. Dead for more than a hundred years.

Charlotte Anne Moberly and Eleanor Jourdain were not mystics. They ran colleges. They spent the next twenty years being publicly ridiculed and never took back a word β€” and when they went into the French archives, they found a bridge, a kiosk, and an abandoned plough that existed only in the 1780s, in exactly the places they had described.

6+ Hours Of Conspiracy Theories | Relax And Sleep | Sleep Theories Aug 12, 2026
    Show notes

Six hours of conspiracy theories, narrated slowly in the dark for sleep. No jumpscares, no sudden music, no ads read at full volume in the middle of the night. Just one voice, one story after another, fading gently from one into the next.

This is a long-form sleep compilation built for the whole night β€” for insomnia, for anxious minds that won't switch off, for overnight shifts, for long flights, and for anyone who falls asleep faster listening to something strange than to silence.

Tonight's collection moves through secret societies, buried technology, government programs that were never meant to be read, disappearances that were quietly closed, and the small documented details that don't quite fit the official story. The volume stays level the entire way through. The pacing stays slow. You are not meant to make it to the end.

The Sonora Blueprint: The 1896 Mystery Airship Wave | Conspiracy Theories Aug 12, 2026
    Show notes

The 1896 airship mystery is one of the strangest episodes in American history β€” and almost nobody remembers it. Tonight's conspiracy sleep story goes back into it slowly, in the dark, for about eighty minutes.

Before the Wright brothers ever left the ground at Kitty Hawk, thousands of Americans across more than twenty states looked up and watched enormous cigar-shaped mystery airships cross the night sky. Farmers. Sheriffs. Judges. Telegraph operators. They signed sworn affidavits. They described the same craft, in the same structural detail, hundreds of miles apart, in towns that had never heard of each other.
