Kimberly Lowe, Single Mom Running For Congress In the State Of Virginia Discusses Her Policies To Help Parents And Children Jun 30, 2021

Slam the Gavel was very happy to have Ms. Kimberly Lowe on as a guest to discuss all that entails running for Congress in the state of Virginia.
Kimberly Lowe is a farmer, policy advisor, advocate and single mother. She has been an advocate for our families and helped navigate families through family court and CPS issues for years. She is writing replicable State Legislation to reform family court and CPS to be introduced in Virginia in 2022. She is also working with other State Legislators to push policies through that will make our families STRONGER.
At present, Kimberly is spending much of the next year traveling throughout the United States bringing awareness to necessary Family Court reforms that are needed and she is running on several issues including Family Court, Child Welfare and CPS reforms while protecting our American farms. Kimberly is the proud mother of three children now 11, 13 and 15, however she is on YEAR five in Family Court herself.
Kimberly is determined to fight for families that cannot fight for themselves. Some of her policies, to name a few are: Miranda Rights for Parents, Child Services reform and accountability for False Accusations. These accusations must stop as 4.4 million are not accurate. She wants to see Courtroom Transparency, the end of Gag Orders and the end of Guardian Ad Litems. There must be more Courtwatchers.
Another concern is Domestic Violence in America where judges freely handover the children to the abuser as a parent fights to get them back. Statistics are that 900 children are murdered every year.
Families need Rights, Kimberly states and there should be a Bill of Rights for parents when up against CPS who acts as the prosecutor and TAKING 1,300 CHILDREN PER DAY.
However, there is endless child trafficking in the United States, in fact 3,000 PER DAY through Family Court alone. There must be accountability for judges. Parents can make their indiscretions public knowledge and report them to www.judicialpedia.com as these judges are not following the law.
Americans can get involved by holding Rallies to bring awareness to let Legislature know what is happening to Families and how they are being ripped apart. We are well aware that Family Court is trafficking children. 88% of kids recovered from U.S. Marshalls have come out of Foster Care.
We must fight hard for Kimberly and her grassroots movement to protect families. Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal and Belinda Parker-Brown talked about the grassroots campaign spearheaded by both National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project (NJCDLP) and Louisiana United International, Inc. (LUI) that addresses America's inadequate judicial oversight as a constitutional and human rights CRISIS with unrivaled success.
Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal is a former civil trial lawyer turned full-time human rights advocate. Crenshaw-Logal has helped challenge every seriously questionable aspect of America's legal system, working as a Co-Founder and Executive Director of National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP) as well as Assistant Chief of Operations for Louisiana United International, Inc. (LUI). The most controversial of these efforts seek appropriate, but dramatic expansion of U.S. state and federal judicial accountability. Crenshaw-Logal is Lead Strategist for Opt IN USA, a grassroots campaign spearheaded by both NJCDLP and LUI that address America's inadequate judicial oversight as a constitutional and human rights crisis with unrivaled success. Distinguished on multiple occasions as a scholar, Crenshaw-Logal is also a prolific and published writer on topics such as this grassroots advocacy, first Amendment Rights, and the dynamics of organized U.S. legal system abuse. Belinda Parker- Brown is an educator, researcher, life specialist, community organizer and motivational speaker who has spent the majority of her career enhancing the potential of others. She is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Louisiana United International , Inc. (LUI) as well as a board member of and Community Outreach Director for National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP). Working under the hammer of Opt IN USA, both NJCDLP and LUI address organized U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct. NJCDLP does so primarily as a think tank and public policy analyst. LUI does so primarily as a bipartisan social justice organization. Its mission is to champion human rights including the civil, constitutional and societal rights that are all too commonly trampled in today's world. LUI speaks for the person or group that cannot speak for themselves. LUI speaks though Belinda Parker-Brown. In her are glimmers of Fannie Lou Hamer, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X and Professor Angela Y. Davis and this is an AMAZING combination in Parker- Brown's uniqueness and strength.
The court system has failed us. There must be prompt, accessible and available resolutions before an independent body. Federal Emergency Management Agency is compared to the Judicial system/legal system being a complete disaster due to UNETHICAL judges and lawyers. Opt IN USA is trying to do is that grassroots campaign that addresses organized U.S. legal system abuse as a HUMAN RIGHTS CRISIS attributable to inadequate judicial oversight in America. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) compliance and the leverage we all have to insist that the Biden Administration comply with America's ICCPR.

Janis James, A Globally Awarded Child Safety Campaigner, Talks About How Parental Alienation Destroys The Lives Of Vulnerable Children And Victim Parents Jun 18, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Janis James, an award-winning social campaigner who works closely with central ( UK and Scottish) Governments on child safety campaigns.
Jan and her team are passionate about keeping children safe from harm and they have a strong track record in running highly effective, evidence=based social marketing campaigns across the UK since 2001.
Working on many societal issues over the years, Jan is clear that Parental Alienation is the biggest child protection scandal she has ever encountered in her lifetime.
She has committed her non-profit Community Interest Company, Good Egg Safety CIC to raising public visibility of parental Alienation and has worked entirely unfunded because she says it literally scorches her soul.
Parental Alienation is a global issue which causes extreme harm to children and Good Egg has aligned with 54 proactive NGO's in 33 countries and across 5 continents to help raise public awareness--led by visionary Associate Professor and researcher Dr. Jennifer Harman Ph.D.
In her interview, Jan spells out the extreme harm caused by parent/child attachment pathology to both vulnerable children and their victim parents. It has detrimental effects that traumatize both for the rest of their lives.
Of equal importance is the damage this causes to society where child mental health disorders are escalating to terrifying proportions. In the UK, one in six children now have a mental health disorder according to the NHS (Oct. 2002)
Additionally, 27% of young women aged 17-22 also have probable mental health disorders. These women may soon be mothers so the potential for trans-generational harm is increasing exponentially.
Research undertaken by Public Health Wales in 2017 found that parental separation was the singly highest biggest causation factor leading to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This research also found that 82% of these children who had critical ACE levels of four or above, had been separated from a parent. Jan asserts that all children, in the absence of abuse, need and want both parents in their lives. They need the extra care, love and nurture that parents offer to them and to have this is ALWAYS IN THEIR BEST INTEREST.

On Slam the Gavel, guest, Jacqueline Pidanick is a Paralegal who studied at South Carolina University and studied law at Purdue. She also started the #beloud movement on Facebook six years ago to help parents navigate through the Family Court and shed light on the corruption that plagues the Family Courts that in turn destroys not only parents but children.
Jacqueline states that children are not used cars and we as parents, representing ourselves must protect our children from abusers. She encourages parents to educate themselves on the Constitution of the United States and Case Law.
The Black's Law Dictionary is an extremely helpful tool in learning the law as we encouraged parents to obtain a copy. When a parent arms themselves with the knowledge of the law, they build self confidence and in turn become a force to be reckoned with in a corrupt Family Court.
Great conversation with Jacqueline about her own personal struggles, going to Purdue and her experiences in the courtroom. A true champion and a warrior for struggling parents, Jacqueline gives much encouragement to others to go on and fight for justice.

Attorney Rob Bilott Discusses His Book, Exposure And Film Dark Waters, The Tennant Case And The Awareness of PFOA and PFAS Chemicals That Will Haunt Us Forever Jun 16, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Rob Bilott, as his book Exposure is not only well-written, with very smooth prose but a testimony to tenacity and perseverance. A large corporation, namely Dupont continuously withheld valuable information regarding highly destructive and toxic "forever chemicals" information from a certain curious attorney.
In discussing his journey, making his way through the webs of deceit, and finally finding out everything he needed to know in order to help his fellow man, only one thing set him aside from the average individual: perseverance.
Attorney Rob Bilott's persistence to seek the facts throughout his never ending struggle hung in the balance entailing not only risking his career and his family's future but most importantly his own life.
Though he continued to search for the truth while pulling out the history of Dupont and having to go through court dates being pushed back as well as setbacks should be a lesson to us all to never surrender in the face of adversity even when it takes decades.
Later in 2017, Rob Bilott received the International Right Livelihood Award which is the equivalent to "The Nobel Prize" for his decades of hard work on PFAS chemical contamination issues and was also featured on a stamp that was issued in Austria commemorating this exemplary award.
Since writing the book Exposure it was then followed up by the film Dark Waters in 2019 starring Mark Ruffalo, Anne Hathaway and Tim Robbins.
Today, Attorney Bilott is still here and is still working at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP.
Attorney Rob Bilott, a true inspiration to us all to never give up whatever the circumstances may be.

Tanisha Bankston, Book Author, Discusses Her New Book, And How The System Failed Her By Not Keeping Her Safe Jun 16, 2021

Tanisha Bankston is not only a book author, but a mother of three children. She is a survivor of rape, incest, domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse. Here on Slam the Gavel, Tanisha is here to share her amazing journey of strength.
Tanisha explained that she started journaling at 14 years of age and began writing her book during that time and by the age of 32 finally published, "My Pain is My Power," recently on May 21st, 2021.
Her journey is that of a young child being sexually abused and explained how the system failed her. Tanisha was failed by not only DHS, the police, the school system but especially the hospital where she delivered her baby at the age of 14 years. No reports were made. The ball was dropped by so many that could have helped her.
Now, with her new book, she is speaking out and sharing her story, hoping to help others in this situation. Even though her childhood was stolen and robbed of her happiness as a little girl, Tanisha stands strong, speaking out even in the face of PTSD.
Tanisha prays that others will break their silence and come out of their shell and hatch into the beautiful butterfly they were meant to be.

Monica Szymonik, Book Author of "Broken System, Broken Heart," Questions What About The Best Interest Of The Parent?" Jun 15, 2021

Monica Szymonik is a Certified Health Coach, ADA Advocate and has a background in digestive wellness, massage therapy and personal training. After being sued for sole custody of her son in 2010 and being forced into the infamous “every other weekend” parenting schedule, Monica’s been coaching moms and dads as they navigate through the treacherous waters of the Family Law racket.
She authored the book, “Broken System, Broken Heart” to help parents launch into self-care after a scarring custody battle. She believes that writing a book made her a much better Family Court warrior as she climbed the rungs of the legal system as a pro se parent.
Aside from workshops, which help solve a specific problem, her 12-week signature course, The Best Interest of the Parent uses a 4-quadrant model to create a robust healing and empowerment system so that parents can use the best version of themselves to make it through the toughest journey they will ever take.
Monica also discussed the 3 levels of trauma and how they all tie into the Natural Causes, Man-Made Causes and a parent trying to get help only to find themselves in a situation much worse than when they began.
Discussing Karin Huffer's work and her books found on Amazon, "Unlocking Justice: The American's with Disabilities Act and its Amendments Act Protecting Persons with Disabilities in Court" and "Legal Abuse Syndrome: A Preventable Health Problem," was a major influence in Monica's work as well.

College Student, Izzy Talks About What It’s Like Having a Narcissist For a Father, His Career Choice and Accountability Within the Family Court System Jun 10, 2021

Great conversation on Slam the Gavel with College Student, Izzy. He has studied economics and philosophy. Izzy enjoys politics, debate, rock-climbing and weight-lifting and has chosen in the field of Law as his future career. However, he is the son of a father with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Izzy openly discussed when he first began to notice which parent was the emotionally healthier one as well as when he then figured out his father was emotionally unhealthy, a Narcissist. He talked about several incidents that led him to that conclusion.
Is genetics involved? Can someone carry that type of genetics? Izzy answered it very eloquently. Izzy also mentioned the long-term effects that a person can experience as a young adult from growing up with a Narcissistic parent. We went on to talk a bout how this has affected his relationships with others.
Talking about going into the field of Law, Izzy explained how disgusted he was with the Family Court System and what his family went through and saw that there was absolutely no accountability and also voiced what he really wanted to say to the judge that handled their case.
Moving forward in his life, Izzy is aware that he will never have a normal relationship with his father and how he emotionally navigates through times that he does have with his father.
Izzy offered helpful tips with parents who are raising kids with another toxic parent. Great advice from such a wonderful young man with so much insight.

Joe and Ann Rodgers on Slam the Gavel to discuss resources for Alienated Parents through The Resolution Center at Jacksonville Florida. Ann and Joe discussed how progress was made with many speakers during the International Parental Alienation Day in April with a Retreat offering emotional and spiritual support for Alienated Parents was accompanied by a Support Group, Meet and Greet as well as Dr. Roseman's Contemporary Family Magazine.
Ann encourages parents to go to the Jacksonville PA Journey Support Group on Facebook Page where the Journey from Sorrow to Strength with a free showing on June 12th at 9am EST.
The Rodger's talked about the support Targeted/Alienated Parents need and how they acquire PTSD through the corrupt Family Court System. The children suffer the most during the court/alienation (alienation, which is another form of emotional child abuse destroys so many innocent lives) issues and how mediation would be healthier for all involved.
Joe and Ann encouraged coping skills and self care, prayer, meditation and therapy and that you cannot give what you don't have. It would be good for the parents to be emotionally healthy for when children do decide to come back.
