    ¿Quién Tú Eres?

Most people think professionalism is about fitting in, but what if it’s actually the reason we feel disconnected from ourselves?

This podcast explores the tension between who we are and who we feel pressured to be at work, in relationships, and in everyday life.

Through candid conversations, we unpack how different environments shape our behavior, how limiting beliefs form, and what it looks like to actually understand yourself beyond the roles you play.

Live experiences just hit different. That opportunity to interact directly with the community that supports you...makes the conversation even more fun. Shoutout to the almost 800 unique people that tuned into the first episode of our Unfiltered (with my cohost Odalys Jasmine Garcia Arce).
I was humbled by the amount of people that joined...and the level of engagement(reactions and comments) that flooded the screen. I think the participation was strong because of the topics that were discussed during the conversation. These experiences often either go untold or told anonymously. We are scared to be open about certain topics because of retaliation, judgement, and isolation.

Below are a few of the topics we discussed:

    - The Original Big Papi (IYKYK lol)

    - Hella Latin@ Girls (IYKYK lol)

    - Making enough $ to spoil our families

    - 401K...I mean 401Pabel

    - Diversity in Tech

    - Power of our voice

    - Relationships with your manager
