    ¿Quién Tú Eres?

Most people think professionalism is about fitting in, but what if it’s actually the reason we feel disconnected from ourselves?

This podcast explores the tension between who we are and who we feel pressured to be at work, in relationships, and in everyday life.

Through candid conversations, we unpack how different environments shape our behavior, how limiting beliefs form, and what it looks like to actually understand yourself beyond the roles you play.

Victoria Morales is a first generation Puerto Rican/Honduran Latina living as a transplant on the West Coast and pursuing her ancestors’ dreams of thriving in “corporate” America. She’s been described as a fierce champion, connector, and advocate for people in underserved communities.

Currently, she serves as a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Manager at Facebook. Victoria has spent the bulk of her career focused on scaling teams and programs aimed at hiring and developing diverse talent – everywhere from promising startups with just 10 employees to companies operating at scale at 50K+.

Most often, she can be found at the nearest local coffee shop, spending time exploring nature with her partner and dogs, or deep conditioning her crown of curls.

Driven by the dream that Latinos will one day soon truly belong to themselves – even in the workplace, she joins us to cover what authenticity really means to her.

Ana’s career has always been deliberately diverse and multi-disciplinary (journalist, agency, client VP, media, PR, bilingual). Her goal was to become a senior global marketer with expertise in creating diverse, magnetically forward leaning, unexpected go-to-market efforts for brands that drive sales growth ---from any seat at the table. Her deep consumer/business curiosity, plus the intersectionality of sector experience (luxury, CPG, financial, tech, healthcare, multicultural) has shaped her approach to brand/corporate communications. Ana has a deep reputation for equitably leading collaborative, elastic, and high performing fluid teams (in 22 countries and 17 languages). She thrives in discovering frictionless coherence in complex assignments; clarity and elegance to ambitious missions; and unbiased business imperatives for future proofing growth. Ana’s reputation among CMO/CCO’s: generating “Purposeful Profits” and a “Factivism” rooted in modernizing consumer insights to existing products; products to untapped consumers; and consumers to incremental revenue by coalescing cross functional leaders (internal and industry) to trailblaze.
