In this episode, Alex explains why marriage should always be the top priority, and then unpacks the framework he and Aspen use in their marriage to navigate conflict in a healthy way. He defines the concept of “rules of engagement,” then shares his own 5 rules as an example for the kind of commitments you can establish with your own spouse.
