As I sat down to decide what to talk about for this episode, I realized the importance of sharing where I am and how it feels to be in my skin right now. Coming off of the craziest holiday weekend ever, the exhaustion is real. When that happens—whether the cause is running a business, or being with family for the first time in months, or—we sometimes feel like doing anything to change our circumstances instead of actually just engaging with the exhaustion. But sometimes, we just have to let ourselves be tired.

Throughout history, women have had to ask—and answer—the same personality-defining question, just with shifting mentors throughout time. Were you a Beatles or a Rolling Stones girl?
