Welcome to Episode 61 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Allison's story embodies everything we believe here at No Quit Living. Common themes we often discuss are business and relationships and though Allison hasn't had it easy in either of those, she's successful in both. Her first business venture was an advertising and PR firm, where she found her talents in getting clients but struggled with the actual delivery of advertisements. Allison was miserable in this business and wasn't sure what to do. She ended up getting in a terrible car accident that forced her to rethink her life and decisions. Allison left her dysfunctional marriage and went where many people in 2017 find love: match.com. She has since learned a lot from both her negative and positive experiences and completely turned her bad situation around.

Welcome to Episode 60 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

We are thrilled to have Dani DiPirro as our guest on today's episode. The theme of today's episode is positivity, despite the fact that Dani jokes about holding the nickname "Eeyore." Everybody in the entire world is on the pursuit of happiness, and Dani sums it up in a way that couldn't be more true. She says that happiness is a fleeting emotion, which means that it comes and goes. This is inevitable, but the ability to be positive in difficult circumstances is a learned skill. Of course we're only human, and nobody can be positive all the time, but it's important to practice this mindfulness and try to stay positive even when the feeling of happiness fades, and in time it always comes back. Dani also mentions that she considers herself to be a negative person by nature, but has taught herself how to be positive and now makes a living writing blogs about positivity.

Welcome to Episode 59 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Mark Sanborn has been a full time public speaker for the past 31 years. As we know many of our listeners are aspiring to be speakers, we figured Mark would be the perfect guest for today's episode. Mark wasn't always the speaking superstar that he is today; however. He tells us a story about how he bombed his very first speech, and rather than giving up, he made it his goal to win a national championship and did. One of the key points that the NQL team took from this episode was the difference between fame and greatness. Fame is what you get, and greatness is what you give. Powerful quote from Mark, and the entire episode is full of amazing quotes and value.

Welcome to Episode 58 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Dave Kerpen is a #1 Best Selling Author, the CEO of "Likeable Local," and a likeable man, himself. I'm sure we can all relate to his no quit story. He was madly in love with a woman he was working with, but there was a huge problem with this. She had a husband. She was unwilling to leave her husband for Dave and this was heart breaking for him. Chris and Dave refer to the famous quote "If you love someone, let them go and if they're yours then they'll come back." And that is exactly what happened. Dave's current wife ended up getting a divorce on her own terms and she and Dave are happily married with kids. Dave talks about the importance of being likeable, living in the present and not being hasty when it comes to both building a business and building business relationships.

Welcome to Episode 57 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Our amazing guest today, Michael Gebben jam packed today's episode with tons of positivity, value and incredible insight on one of our favorite topics: taking action. Michael is a videographer turned entrepreneur. He's dabbled in a little bit of everything, wearing many hats until ultimately he realized that what he excelled in is building relationships. He's worked with two of his biggest inspirations, Tim Ferris and Tony Robbins simply by reaching out and offering his skill set. Michael talks about how he used to sit at a computer, edit videos and film weddings but ultimately found passion in utilizing his skills as a "people's person." When he discovered this for himself, he reconstructed his team and found people who loved the moving parts of his business that he didn't. In doing so, he was able to put 100% of his focus in the aspects that he did love and the rest fell into place.

Welcome to Episode 56 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

First off, we at NQL want to give Loren a virtual round of applause for completing over one hundred paid speaking gigs in this year alone. We are so honored to have had him as a guest on our show. The theme of today's episode is "Authenticity," and Loren nails it. He had a rough childhood, being in and our of twenty two different foster homes and having his name legally changed multiple times throughout. He's since been able to realize his potential and now helps others to do the same. Loren talks about how we as a society look at people with levels of success that we aspire for, and neglect the fact that we're a part of their story as much as they are a part of ours. Loren is completely right in saying that if you can say that one phrase, or one sentence or even one word that changes even just one persons life for the better, then you've lived one that most people only dream about.

Welcome to Episode 55 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

We've had the honor of speaking with two incredible women this week. Tori has a very deep understanding of the ups and downs of life. She knows that at one moment things can be great, and the next they can make a complete 180 degree turn for the worst. At a point in Tori's life, she and her husband were really struggling financially. They almost lost their house, their car, and even each other. Even though on the surface, everything looked like everything was going well, it wasn't. Tori took a chance, when her friend approached her with a work opportunity, and changed her motive to helping others. After she'd switched her motive, her entire outlook on life and financial situation changed for the better. Our host, Chris also shares a story about how he saw a veteran in a diner on 9/11/17 and not only thanked him for his service, but also anonymously paid for his meal. Imagine how much better the world would be if everyone did just one thing to help someone else every day.

Welcome to Episode 54 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Tisha is such a unique person in the best way possible! We often joke at NQL about how the 2 most common answers for the "Who would you have dinner with dead or alive?" question are Jesus and Abraham Lincoln, but Tisha's answer wasn't one we'd ever heard before.

She was unfortunately scammed in her first business venture, running an event planning business. Tisha faced embarrassment from the situation, got in touch with the secret service, and questioned her own ability to be an entrepreneur after this incident. It was after this that she became comfortable in her own vulnerability and became open with her associates and her tribe. Ironically, Tisha was asked to speak at an event shortly after the incident in the exact same venue that she was planning with for her scammer. Tisha is incredibly humble and continuously learning. She talks about the importance of being vulnerable and to allow yourself to be a role model for others, even if you don't have everything figured out yet.

Welcome to Episode 53 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Fred Graves has taken quite an untraditional path in life. When he was in the tenth grade, all of his friends were talking about which college they wanted to attend, but Fred knew that he was ready to start working. He started his first business when he was only sixteen years old and was a millionaire by the time he was twenty four. Fred credits his father, who unfortunately passed when Fred was fourteen, as his best mentor and best friend. Although he doesn't say it, it's clear how important Fred's family is to him, and his newest business endeavor is as a Top 20 salesman for a network marketing company that his brother in law invited him to join. Fred understands and talks about the importance of staying humble, helping others and seizing opportunity. If an idea comes to mind, you have five seconds to act on it before your brain starts talking you out of it, so next time that happens, go for it.

Welcome to Episode 52 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

In today's episode, Brad Rex delivers value about the importance of perspective. They say happiness is recognizing that the glass is half full, and being content with the part that is half empty. In Brad's "no quit" story, he had an amazing job that he loved. After working for the company for a month, it was bought and acquired. This seemed great for Brad because it gave him stock options. After about a year and a half, Brad got laid off, because it turned out that the buyers had paid too much for the company and they were forced to cut costs by laying off a whole layer of management. While this seemed like a curse rather than a blessing, Brad stayed positive about the situation and truly believed that the situation would turn around. In getting laid off, Brad gained free time to spend with his kids and family that he never had before. He was able to leverage his time to ultimately write his book, revolutionize numerous industries, and help people struggling with mental health.
